I had a great experience at Piazza VW of Ardmore. The salesman Charles Firestone was excellent in terms of knowledge and honest. I knew what I wanted and test drove my car on a Sat. It was the BEST dealership experience ever! (and my father spent his whole life at a dealership so I've been to several). I didn't even have to negotiate the price. The price was better than I had expected to be offered as soon as I sat down and I qualified for 1.9% financing. It doesn't get better than that! I signed the paperwork in 5 mins and was out of there. I scheduled the pickup and did the paperwork in the dealership the following weekend. I had a massive migraine so I was not in any mood to speak to anyone. Andrea, who was taking care of the paperwork, spoke softly and warned me when the printer was going to blast off. I was sooooo grateful! I wasn't sure about the extended warranty and asked for some time to think about it. Andrea was great and told me to email her. I did that Monday. She sent a driver with the new paperwork so I didn't have to leave work. I also had a problem with Sirius satellite...Charles called them and took care of it immediately. I couldn't say anything bad about my experience. It was excellent! I love my new TDI too! More
