I loved the HR-V, but for my family's needs, it became clear that our first priority was to replace our Pilot. The ones on the lot weren't exactly what I was looking for, but Carmen kept her eyes open, and notified me immediately when a vehicle that was exactly what we were looking for became available. We received a fair trade value on our old car and were delighted with the experience throughout. More
