Very helpful and not pushy. Charlie was good at explaining the details yet he was never pushy. I was particularly impressed that he came in on his day off for us to pick up the Charlie was good at explaining the details yet he was never pushy. I did have a lot of questions as cars have added a lot of new things since we last purchased a new one. Unfortunately, the car I wanted was not available at the dealership. Piedmont searched and found one in TN. Someone actually drove to TN to pick it up. I traded in my 9 year old Accord and was specific about the new one. I am 80 yrs old and this may very well be my last car purchase. Donavan was great!
