I called the Prosser Denchal Ford where I’ve h I found a beautiful low mileage Mustang GT convertible online at the Hermiston Denchel Ford dealership. I called the Prosser Denchal Ford where I’ve had good dealings in the past. I spoke with Brandon Johnson, the GM which I’ve worked with before. Brandon brought the Mustang to the Prosser store and hooked me up with a salesperson I’d not met before, Koty Kollmar. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Koty. Great customer service Since my initial dealings with this dealership, I've been happy with the customer service. From Brandon working with me on the purchase to Arnold del Since my initial dealings with this dealership, I've been happy with the customer service. To top it all off, a week ago Koty stayed on the phone with me (and in my absence) for hours as we worked to get my remote interface rest and set up correctly. I rally appreciate that. Thank you all! Was able to get a car in a time of need. my car had broke down and I walked from my house all the way to Tom Denchel Ford with only a few dollars and was able to leave with a car and a smile my car had broke down and I walked from my house all the way to Tom Denchel Ford with only a few dollars and was able to leave with a car and a smile on my face and was able to make a deal. Purchased a used f450 Purchased a used F450, had a couple issues that koty resolved before pickup of truck. When we picked it up the trailer fuse was blown and they didn't Purchased a used F450, had a couple issues that koty resolved before pickup of truck. When we picked it up the trailer fuse was blown and they didn't have one in parts, we had a trip we were leaving for immediately he went and pulled out a fuse from another truck. He has been excellent to work with. More
