Awesome Service Our family has three Ford vehicles - a Mustang, C-Max and an Explorer. Greg at Bill Pierre Ford Service takes car of all of them for us! Most recent Our family has three Ford vehicles - a Mustang, C-Max and an Explorer. Greg at Bill Pierre Ford Service takes car of all of them for us! Most recently, our Explorer was having some issues that started on the weekend. I called Greg first thing Monday morning and despite having a packed day, he was able to sneak us in, do an oil change, fix the battery issues and have the car back by 3pm! Having lived in Michigan for 20 yrs, owning Ford cars for the majority of my life, and having worked for Ford through a contracted company, I know what excellent Ford service is and Greg as always provided me with that. He has arranged a rental car when needed or figured out ways to still take care of my car while saving me money. I had someone else take care of me and my car one time when Greg was on vacation and it wasn’t the same. I don’t want another service advisor besides him. More
