I came in looking for a new car with a trade-in that had some dings and dents as well as being in need of some mechanical work. Kenny worked very hard for me to get an above the black book value for my car. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. I never once felt pressured. I never once felt duped or that I was not getting a bargain. In fact, while negotiating for the car I had test driven, it was sold! They were happy to give me the exact same make/model/color of car with even more features while honoring the price of the car with less features. I will recommend them to anybody I know looking for a new car. The sales team and finance team were top notch and eager to answer any questions for me. In fact, during the course of things they not only gave me a great deal on my trade-in but they delayed taking my down payment for almost three full weeks as well as a free shoe-shine, ice cream, and a full tank of gas when I had to drive back up there with my car title. These guys are great and I will return to them when I look for another new vehicle! More

They were very professional, really listened to what my needs were and took care of me every step of the way. I chose to buy a brand new vehicle versus a used one. I bought the new 2012 Ford Focus SFE(Super Fuel Efficient). I absolutely love my new car its not only very stylish and sporty, It looks like the new BMW sedans. Even after we drove off with our new car the service didnt stop there, they called us back 24 hrs later just to make sure we were completely satisfied with our car, and we told them we were but there were gadgets and buttons we didnt know what they did or how they worked. They told us to bring it in and went through the entire car with us. I have never had such a great car buying experience or service and I would totally recommend Bill Pierre Ford to my friends and family and I myself will return there when I am ready to buy another vehicle. More

I have purchased my last 4 vehicles from Bill Pierre Ford (2007 Fusion, 2009 Focus, and two 2010 Escapes) and have never been left wanting more. I have always received outstanding customer service from thei (2007 Fusion, 2009 Focus, and two 2010 Escapes) and have never been left wanting more. I have always received outstanding customer service from their sales staff, and whenever I take my vehicles in for servicing they always make me feel like I'm the most important customer. They are very efficient yet thorough, and as a result, I have never had to take any of my vehicles in for anything other than scheduled maintenance. By now, they know be by name and I'm always greeted with a smile. Bill Pierre Ford will always be the only dealership I let service my vehicles as well as where I purchase my future vehicles. Hands down, the best out there! More

I got a Ford 2011 Escape XLT as my new company car. So, it was a fleet delivery, which is a no profit situation for the fleet dept. Les was ready for me at the appointed time, all the paperwork was in order, he walked me thru the vehicle and turned me loose. The unit was clean, had some gas, and was ready to roll. The unit has been a nice car for the last 2000 miles since 10-15. I love the Sync system over the Dodge U-Connect, the sun roof is a blast and I've learned how to store all my repair equipment that I used in a Dodge Grand Caravan SXT in my Escape. Getting used to the four cylinder engine(revs like it won't quit!), like the 6 speed automatic, I find the dash too reflective, so I put a black dash mat on it and put black electrical tape on the trim. This is my work vehicle. I drive Oregon, Washington, Idaho to install, maintain and repair BioMedical equipment. It's easier to park and turn, has sufficient power, good visibility and I am looking forward to my first winter with AWD(4WD would have been neater, but then, I prefer a stick!). All in all, This has been a good experience! More
I worked with August for about a week over the phone trying to find the right car at the right price. He faxed me several different options since I was in Eastern WA and they are in Western WA. When we found the car I wanted we decided I would come in that weekend and pick it up, he told me if I got here and didn't like it no problem we could start over. I changed my appt at the last minute from Sunday to Saturday and August was very good about setting me up to meet with Kenny as he was not working that day. He made sure the car was ready for delivery and they were expecting me when I got there. Kenny was very, very helpful. As we were traveling we had all our luggage with us, he moved everything for us, set us up with Ben to go over the Sync system with us. After getting home that following week both Kenny and Ben followed up with phone calls to see if I had any questions or concerns. There has been several follow up phone calls from them since. A month later we discovered the roof of the car had some paint runs in it. We informed and showed August the problem on a Saturday by Monday morning he had made the phone calls to take care of the problem. More
