I purchased through financing a 2011 Cadillac DTS Luxury Lou Capasso was the person I dealt with to get me finaced in to a 2011 Cadillac DTS in great condition and low mileage. Lou was very professional and Lou Capasso was the person I dealt with to get me finaced in to a 2011 Cadillac DTS in great condition and low mileage. Lou was very professional and very helpful every step of the way. Within a couple of hours he found me a car, took care of all the paperwork, transferred my insurance and got me in to a Cadillac DTS. Wasted hours of time I was able to finally purchase my new car after HOURS of wasted time waiting for other people to be located. My salesman was nice but didn't seem to c I was able to finally purchase my new car after HOURS of wasted time waiting for other people to be located. My salesman was nice but didn't seem to care much while I waited hours to sign paperwork even though I came in with a cash deal and I explained my situation many times that I did NOT want to sit and wait around due to a medical condition. The woman (Sue) who had me sign my paperwork was also not pleasant, not sure if it was due to a long day or what but there were a lot of negative comments thrown around while I was yet again waiting as they entered a HIGHER amount for the vehicle than agreed upon so once again I had to wait for someone else to change it. I LOVE my new car but could and should have had a MUCH better experience with the parties involved. More
