I drive 35 minutes to get my cx9 serviced here, when I live 15 minutes from another, because they actually listen to you!! Ray is the best and so sweet. Brought my car in for an oil change and complaining live 15 minutes from another, because they actually listen to you!! Ray is the best and so sweet. Brought my car in for an oil change and complaining of a noise when I reverse. They couldn’t hear the noise so instead of calling me crazy and dismissing me,rah and the tech hopped in the car and asked me to replicate it. After a few minutes I was able to and they diagnosed the problem and sent me on my way. They are always upfront about how long it will take and offer loaners if needed. Thank guys! More
