Bad service department I had a terrible service experience today. The service people are not friendly at all. No one acknowledged me when I pulled up, not even when I went to the table to give my key in. One of the employees William, made a face when I said I was waiting for it since I didn't have a ride. If I'm not worried about having to wait for the car, they shouldn't be or they should offer a loaner car. Looks like I'll have to find another place to take my car for service since this is not the first time I've had issues with them. I just got the car 4 months ago and don't want to continue to be treated poorly after spending my money there. More
