I was in search of a used Volvo XC90 for awhile. I went from website to website to find one, not only in good shape and trouble free, but at a price we can afford. She was able to provide me with answers to ALL my questions and concerns..with a no-pressure attitude.And believe me..the emails were a plenty back and forth. I went out there this past Saturday with my wife and was greeted by one of the NICEST salesmen I have ever met - Sal Albanese. He handed me over the keys and told us to take her for a ride. The truck rode like a purring kitten. I knew this was the one I wanted from the second I started her up. Going through some tough issues no thanks to former tenants living in my house..money is tight. But thanks to Sal and all the managers in that building..they were able to help me leave the lot that day, with that truck, without emptying my last dime I had. They also took in my old car which was a death trap. I cannot say a bad thing about this dealership. In fact, I will do nothing but praise them and pass the word around to anyone who is looking to purchase a car, and this is the FIRST place I will go to again when the time arises that we need to get another.
