I purchased a used 2009 Cube at Pinebelt Nissan in 2011. My wife was just about the only driver of the car. So i decided to put the car in her name. That was more trouble than I expected. Since the warranty My wife was just about the only driver of the car. So i decided to put the car in her name. That was more trouble than I expected. Since the warranty was in my name, that had to be changed. Even though she is my wife, there was a $50 fee to change the ownership of warranty. Service manager John Kravchak helped me through this with the proper forms and the way to approach it. Eventually, I found someone on the warranty line who helped me as well. I was even reimbursed for my $50. Once the car was in my wife's name, she decided it made sense to service it closer to home. So she picked a dealer in Edison - within walking distance of home. Then I called Mr. Kravchak and asked for a favor. I explained what happened. I then asked how I could arrange to get the maintenance records for the Cube so the new dealership would have a history for the car. He said he would print out the records and I could pick them up on a Saturday once I presented my driver's license. He didn't have to do any of those things. But he understands customer service. Thanks John, for making things a little easier. More

Positively the best service experience I have ever had. I gave all "great" scores because the work is done right and on time, the first time. I have been to Pine Belt Nissan of Keyport on several occasions and with each visit, their customer service had worsened. I will never be returning nor will I be a patron of Nissan (at least this specifi occasions and with each visit, their customer service had worsened. I will never be returning nor will I be a patron of Nissan (at least this specific dealer) ever again. On several occasions while my vehicle was within warranty, I would bring my vehicle in to have problems diagnosed and the technicians have never been able to "duplicate my issues". Upon my warranty expiring I had brought the vehicle in for a simple oil change and the Service Rep had approached me with a work order stating that my vehicle needs services done of over $650. All of the stated issues should have been taken care of when I was within warranty. My last issue was on May 11, 2013, I had simply called the parts department regarding a simple part, I had the part number ready, the person I spoke to was Bill, Bill had given me EXTREME attitude and was literally screaming into the phone because he had been pulled away from his lunch time in order to answer my call. Bill was screaming at me as if I were a child that did not understand English. That is intolerable and I will never be doing business with Pine Belt Nissan of Keyport. I highly recommend that all customers stay away from this dealer because your trips will leave you infuriated, feeling abused and disrespected. More
When I returned my leased Nissan I was assured by the dealer that there was nothing wrong with my car and I will not get billed for any wear on it. That is the only reason I bought a car from them. Well now a month later I have a bill from Nissan Acceptance for $1600. When I contacted the dealer they tolled me that there is nothing they will do about it. So all of the assurances are nothing once you buy the car that is it. A BUNCH OF LIERS. More
From my first call to signing on the doted line, my experience with pine belt has been nothing but excellent. I came in with my wife to purchase a car for her birthday and we were able to leave with th experience with pine belt has been nothing but excellent. Chris was the first person I spoke with and he was also very helpful. Never once did i feel pressured or gimmicked.
