When you try to vent about a car that’s brand new purchased off of his lot that has several problems - he refuses to help, and in fact hangs up on you!! So unprofessional, he shouldn’t have a job. I already filed a formal complaint against him with the regional office and will continue to follow up on that! Rich, you can return call me at anytime to apologize. The AC never worked. 60 degrees you would freeze…63 degrees you were feeling like the Sahara Desert. Fast forward….Nissan Rogue 2021 - Drive train issues after 1 MONTH!!!! Doesn’t like to shift out of first, the trim in the passenger seat fell off. Knocking under the hood…. And Nissans response. It’s your problem it’s under warranty we will look at it. But it’s your car and your problem. I will repost this every day and many platforms until my voice is heard. I’ve made complaints with not only the dealership, but also the regional office and the BBB. DONT BUY NISSAN!!!!!! DONT BUY NISSAN!!!!!! More

Buyers beware!!! Bait and switch!! I've worked with several car dealerships over the years, but never have I experienced such a desperate sales team. We received a letter in the mail stating that the d several car dealerships over the years, but never have I experienced such a desperate sales team. We received a letter in the mail stating that the dealership was interested in buying back our lease a few months early. The letter clearly stated that ANY fees would be eaten, including mileage overages, damages, and remaining payments. Not only did they want to sell us a new vehicle over sticker, but they didn't want to honor a SINGLE INCENTIVE as listed in the letter. They wanted to charge us every remaining payment in addition to a dispo fee. (We were under mileage and car was appraised without issue) Not the kind of treatment you'd expect from the place you've previously purchased 3 cars. When I called out the sales person Steve B. on the letter being nothing more than a bait and switch, he flat out admitted to it, stating that "all dealerships do it" and it's "how the business works". Our sales rep reeked of desperation and rambled on like a manic person, oftentimes not letting us get a single word in. You expect a certain amount of shadyness and lies when dealing with car dealerships, but not to this extent. More

I was in the market for a used truck and stopped by the Nissan Dealership in Keyport. I was immediately approached by a salesman (Vinny Farina) and he showed me 5 trucks that were all within my budget. I was impressed that they had that many trucks n inventory in this current market. Vinny is a true sales pro and has in-depth product knowledge on the Nissan models. I selected a 2016 Frontier which is in great condition. It took us 20 minutes to close a very competitive deal and I could not be happier!! Nissan of Keyport provides a "Best in Class" customer experience and special thanks to Vinny Farina and Rich Hendrickson for a great deal and a fast and simple transaction. Well done!! More

My wife and I never purchased a car before (just got the hand-me downs from our parents when we were teens), so we just wanted to know what we can expect on a used car loan from the dealership. We were clear that we would not be purchasing anything that day as we had other cars in mind to test at other locations. The first red flag was that they only let us "test-drive" around the building. The sales rep (Don't recall their name) was super nice and accommodating, and let us test drive 3 different car years. But when it came time to discuss what the financial options might look like everything went downhill. Second red flag, they asked us what our maximum monthly payment was even though we were very transparent about what our car budget was. Third red flag, they took our max monthly amount and instead of giving us the finance options on the car we discussed, they came back and wanted to sell us a car well beyond our budget and then played the sales game on us. We test drove the car, and expected they were going to slash the sticker price to something closer to our budget, we weren't expecting much but were curious to see. They didn't change the price at all and just maxed out the loan based on our maximum monthly budget. We were shell shocked. When we explained that it wasn't what we had in mind we were met with responses like "So you didn't like the car?", "But this is in your monthly budget!", "This car might not be here when you get back" and other statements and questions that deliberately ignored our intent and pushed us to seal the deal on a car we didn't ask for. In the end, after a lot of coercion from them to purchase the car THEY chose for us, we left feeling abused and taken advantage of. As first time car buyers, it was an awful experience. More

Their service has always been outstanding but my recent transaction for the 2020 Pathfinder was beyond their customary excellence. Thanks to Rich Hendrickson, the sales manager, and Anthony Porchetta, the sales person, they provided curbside service to my home because of the pandemic. Without having to risk going in person to the dealer, Anthony drove the new car to my house; provided the paperwork from the finance department for my wife and I to sign; and drove the turned in 2018 Pathfinder away. The whole transaction took 20 minutes. Of course, Rich was able to give me the best lease deal simply with some email and text exchanges. (I had leased an Altima from Rich just last year also) I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism, efficiency, courteousness and quality of their superb service. This is why I have been a loyal customer for over two decades! More
