The sales people are very friendly even though I had an appointment with a specific sales person named Nick Cataldo. They made efforts to locate Mr. Cataldo to ensure that I would be taken care of. As for Mr. Cataldo, I leased a new car with him because my prior experience with him several years ago when he worked at another Nissan dealership was simply superb. His professional and social skills compelled me to do business with him, no matter where he worked. And so even though I live on Staten Island, NY, I followed him to New Jersey simply because I knew he could find the best deal for what I was looking for without the usual nonsense that most people encounter in searching for a car. In fact, he and I simply texted one another to reach a deal without my having to visit the showroom until the day i actually signed the financial papers and drove off. He had the car prepped and ready and my entire time at the showroom from the time I got there and until I drove off was less than an hour, and this included a fifteen minute hands on lesson with him on the workings the of the new car. The finance person I dealt with was a very pleasant but professionally efficient staff person who got me out of there as quickly as possible. Overall, this dealerships is absolutely excellent and Nick Cataldo is someone I would highly recommend to contact if you are interested in a car. I drove away from there with a great feeling that I got the best deal possible and in the most friendly and professional way. There are some places I have been to in the past where I have driven away feeling somewhat dirty, as if I had been taken, because of the high pressure sales and financial tactics, but definitely not here. I didn't want to spend on repairs, as i knew a new car was on the horizon sometime soon. I found several Murano's in the area, but the one i liked the most for various reasons happened to be at Pinebelt. When i got there, it was the first and only one i tried. I luckily had 2 days i could spend looking and thinking. Bob made the process go easily given my situation. I finally made it home and feel very lucky i had Pinebelt for all of this.
