A friend of a friend recommended Pine Belt Keyport to me after a deal I had with another NJ Nissan dealer went horribly wrong. From start (Tina/phone) to finish (Marc/finance), I was proven wrong in my thinking! My salesperson was Nick Cataldo, who is completely knowledgable, totally professional and downright friendly. I bought the Juke. Since it was so new to the market, it had to be ordered, but Nick kept his word and kept me posted along the way, and it even came in a little earlier than expected. It was definitely worth the wait - the Juke is sweet! Nick went over every single feature of the car with me before I left the dealership and called me a week later to see how I liked it. I've bought new cars before but never has it been so easy or pain free as it was at Pine Belt Keyport - I'm still amazed! I was given a lifetime warranty so I'll be returning to them for my car maintenance and am actually looking forward to it. After my phone call I was enticed to go to the dealership and check out the vehicle. I met with a salesmen and he was just as helpful. He was very pragmatic and disproved the stereo-type given to car salesmen. He was not sleezy at all and did everything in his power to get me the greatest deal possible. I also met with a manager. The term "attitude reflects leadership" holds true at Pinebelt Nissan. It was evident that the salesmen were great because management was great.
