Pine Belt Nissan of Keyport responded

Hello... Customer came in on AD Car. Customer was explained how the ad car works with all the money down and fees he had to pay. Customer did not read the entire ad or disclaimer at the bottom of the ad to see all the money that was actually do. Customer was a little angry when we explained all the fees to him, plus he wanted a SL model which is about 4K more expensive. As far as the Sales Manager MR Kelleher throwing any type of papers, is a false statement. That just did not happen here. On a closing note: Our GM Mr Turtora has been in contact with customer, HE DID APOLOGIZE on behalf on the dealership and is in process to resolve issue. He is actually in the process of selling him a new vehicle after all and both parties have agreed on price. Customer is now out of town, but will contact our GM (Mr Turtora)when he returns to proceed further with transaction.. Thank You, Matt Clifton GSM
