Excellent from Start to Finish Excellent! From the moment I stepped on the lot I knew this was the right place. A salesman by the name of David Prima approached me after allowing me Excellent! A salesman by the name of David Prima approached me after allowing me to look around before immediatly hounding me like the other dealerships I went to, its great not to be treated like a peice of meat. He was very knowledgable and curtious and after listening to what I was in need of found me the perfect vehicle. The car matched excatly what I wanted. Then came numbers time, which as most of us on this site knows is usually dreadful, well guess what? Not this time! The sales manger who assisted, Halim Assal, was a pleasure to deal with, no high pressure and with little to no effort was able to find a price that matched my budget without having to sacrifice anything, great job guys! The final peice to the puzzle was finance, the dreaded finanance, again though to my surprise no issues at all! Joe was friendly and not pushy either and made some very helpful suggestions and made the entire time in finanance seem like it was a old friend! I would 100% recommend this dealership and these employees to anyone and everyone. Great job guys for making what could have been a painful exeperience a great one, definetly coming back!!!!! Their hours for service are very inconvenient for people who work. They close at 4:30 and Saturday is always swamped. You can't make appointments for oil changes so it's first come first serve. You better make sure to have over an hour to waste of your life just for a 20 minute oil change. What about a loner car you ask. That too they refuse to give you even though they have them. Getting a break job? Prepare for squeaky breaks for a year (so far) that they again won't fix. The only nice and respectful person here today was Tyler who was the young man who checks you in. More

Even though I had a less than stellar credit, and reasonable doubt I would find a car I wanted, I was assisted by Angelo Montalvo who was determined to help me erase my doubt. He is a really nice guy who fought to get me in a car in a car I wanted at a great price. After multiple cars we finally found one that I was comfortable with owning and that fit in my price range. Overall I would say that I WILL shop here again in the future and will recommend Angelo to any of my friends and family looking for a car. More
