All around great experience and great car too! My wife and I were looking to lease a midsize SUV and came across the 2015 Nissan Rogue. After visiting a couple dealerships we were not satisfied with customer service and always felt pressured into making a deal, until we tried Pine Belt in Toms River! We were greeted by John Sokolowski and immediately could tell he had our best interest in mind. Johns knowledge of the vehicle was unmatched by previous sales reps. He was able to show us things we had no idea came with the vehicle and made sure that we would get everything we had hoped for. After a test drive we decided the Rogue was the car for us. When it came time to write everything up nothing changed, John was very understanding that I was the only one working as my wife stays home with our young kids, and he made sure to get us the best price possible! I would also like to note that Joe Cirillo in finance was a pleasure to deal with as well. The process was as smooth as could be and I would recommend John to anyone who is looking to get into a Nissan! Thanks Again More

Four Months Later, I Had to Start Over I first visited Pine Belt Nissan of Toms River on October 24th with my sister because my old used car had broken down. The staff there made it very e I first visited Pine Belt Nissan of Toms River on October 24th with my sister because my old used car had broken down. The staff there made it very easy for me to be able to get to work the next day with a great car! Then on January 29th, the car I bought was totaled in an accident at only 10mph. When I finally got the insurance claim handled, I cam back to Nissan, and Angelo was there for me again!! Because these guys really care about people, and since they cared about what I was going through, they helped me into an even nicer car in less than 2 hours!! Steve wasn't there, so he put me in contact with Evan, who also made the process incredible after Angelo found me the right car, a 2013 Nissan Sentra. With less miles and a newer model, I know I'll be able to get anywhere with ease!! Pine Belt Nissan of Toms River has a flawless trio in Angelo, Evan, and Steve!! Thanks again! More

Definitely a b.s.-free environment, and he does anything he can to work with what you got. Didn't treat us like we were these little teenagers who were going nowhere {like a prior sales rep made us feel}, and made us definitely feel like we weren't being screwed over. Overall, the experience was great, and pretty fast. The most drawn-out part was because of our insurance, which had nothing to do with Angelo or Pine Belt Nissan. We financed our first car together on February 25, 2015. A 2014 white Nissan Versa Note. It's everything we wanted and so much more! Was already asked questions about what we got and how we got it and told them everything start-to-finish. Not even a day later and we're already out recommending! More

Poor Customer Service - So Now I Deal With Causeway Nissan Had encountered problem with the service department which we tried to address in person with management but we were not provided the opportunity. In fact, I was told by a service rep that if I wanted to talk with a manager, feel free to walk into the showroom, he was somewhere on the property. I did receive a phone call a few days later and when I asked to meet with the manager and the service advisor, I was told by the service manager that he runs between stores (code for 'I am to busy to meet in person") so I just give him the information over the phone. Because of this and a second issue with a wrong part being ordered, the wife and I decided to take all of our service needs to a local Firestone Auto Care center. We recently ended up trading in both of our Nissan Rogue, one in Jan 2015 for a new leased Rogue and the second in Feb 2015 for a leased Altima, both at Causeway Nissan in Manahawkin. It really is true, poor customer service will turn customers away. It sure did in this case. More

Since I lease my car and put very little milage on it, I usually get letters and postcards about 2 years into the lease to come in and see if I can trade my current car in for a newer model. So, thats exactly what I did. I walked into the show room and was greeted by a very friendly Angelo Montalvo. I explained what I was looking for and ended up leaving with a new model Nissan Sentra, at the price I was very happy with. A very pleasant, painless experience in purchasing a car. As a single woman I always feared car salesmen. But since dealing with Pine Belt Nissan in Toms River, I've found the last few experience actually pleasant! The service people are all pleasant also when I bring my car in for regular oil changes. I will definiely recomend Angelo to my friends looking to lease or purshase new wheels! More
