I was greeted by "Gunner" the used car manager who introduced me to Alana, and asked Mike to assist me. The vehicle I inquired about was not there, but on another Pine Belt lot. I had a couple of questions on the vehicle towing capacity. Mike said he would have to get that info from a Ford dealer. I also asked why the Carfax showed the vehicle had been on their lot for over a year. After some research Mike came back and said there was a lien hold on that vehicle. He said he would get the specifics and call me the next day. He also was going to get a list of other vehicles they have that would fit my requirements. No one called so I emailed Alana and asked if she would check with Mike. Still no reply. A few days later I emailed Alana, Mike and a sale manager, David Roat. I told them I was no longer interested in doing business with them. I went to another local dealer and bought a vehicle. I have three family members that will purchase a new vehicle in the next six months...it won't be from a Pine Belt dealership! More

The "NO PRESSURE" Salesperson My wife and I were shopping for a new vehicle and we first went to 3 other dealerships. 1 of them was in the area while the other 2 were about 45 minu My wife and I were shopping for a new vehicle and we first went to 3 other dealerships. 1 of them was in the area while the other 2 were about 45 minutes away. Out of the 3 of them, 1 was relentlessly calling me, 2 dealerships nobody greeted us even after walking in. Then we went to Pine belt Nissan and Angelo greeted us with a "no pressure" approach. We looked at some vehicles and we went on a test drive and told Angelo we are going to discuss what we want to do and to give me his business card. The following week we went back to Pine Belt Nissan and purchased a 2014 Nissan Rogue from Angelo. Angelo made the purchase less stressful than what buying a vehicle can usually be.. It really was a pleasurable experience to have Angelo as our Salesperson. I will recommend Angelo to my family and friends.
