As fully documented in our correspondence via email, Alana was up front with you in reference to your trade in. Our policy is to see each and every vehicle before we can give you an EXACT amount on your particular vehicle. As far as your arrival, you were personally greeted by a sales manager and introduced to Alana. She than bought you to one of our product specialist that began to assist you with your car immediately. I do apologize if you feel as if your time was wasted, we however do not feel that way. In fact, we just wanted to reach out and thank you for the opportunity to assist you in this matter. We are aware that we cannot make every deal with every customer, and sometimes that is frustrating. You are in a tough position with your current lease and only by seeing your vehicle and going through our trade in inspection did we understand that a deal could not be made. We strive to exceed all of our customers’ expectations and hope that once you find yourself in a better position with your current vehicle we can reopen this case and have you as a completely satisfied customer.
