He listened to my wants and proceeded to assist me in what I wanted by asking questions regards to price and features. After the initial talk he took me around to the various models until I settled on a Nissan Altima. Angelo was so attentive to my needs and his expertise on the Altima made it easy for me to make a decision. He stayed with me throughout the process until I left with my new vehicle. He even took the time to introduce me the the personnel in the Service Dept.and they went over how the service process works. When I received a call that my plates were in, I went the dealership and Angelo was there. He proceeded to assist me with not only getting the plates at the cashier's office but also put the new plates on. I cannot say enough about my experience. I was treated with the upmost respect and the ease of my purchase was the best experience I have had over the years. More

Great Place I stopped in at Pine Belt on Memorial Day hoping that, 1) I could get a used truck and 2) get approved for a loan, I was greeted at the door by Jim An I stopped in at Pine Belt on Memorial Day hoping that, 1) I could get a used truck and 2) get approved for a loan, I was greeted at the door by Jim Ansbach, I explained my situation and he told not to worry he was sure he could help, he offered me a cup of coffee and we sat down to go over everything, I didn't want to test drive anything and fall in love with something I couldn't get but he insisted that if I didn't like the truck I wanted why bother with running my credit or talking about price, so off we went and sure enough I loved it, back at the dealership he took my credit information and excused himself while he went to check it, in like 15 minutes he came back and said he was almost certain he could get me approved but they were checking with the bank, 5 minutes later the manager Halim came out and said Congratulation your approved and at a very low rate no less, I was so thrilled I was shaking, I couldn't believe how friendly and efficient everyone there is, I will forever be a customer of Jim's and Pine Belt.
