She advised me that Matt would show me some cars and that my loan process was already approved. Dealing with Matt was very easy. He was knowledgeable and very kind. I told him the payment range so he showed me the cars with in the range. I picked the one I liked & the financial process began. I dealt with Evan for the loan. He explained everything. I got the car I wanted with the right price. I was driving away in less than two hours (on a Saturday). I'm still amazed at how easy and quick the process took. It was truly the best car shopping experience I've had. More
Does Not Care About The Customer I bought a used Volkeswagen from this dealership in November. In December I had to bring it in to have the rear breaks replaced. The car had to be d I bought a used Volkeswagen from this dealership in November. In December I had to bring it in to have the rear breaks replaced. The car had to be driven across the street to Volkswagen because this dealership could not do the repair. I was told when I picked up my car 3-4 days later that any major repairs to the car had to be done at Volkswagen. In January I had to bring the car in again for repair, this time for the front breaks. Nissan did the repair but used after market breaks. In February I brought my car in again for repair, this time for shocks. I was told it was not covered and it would cost me $800 - $900. I brought the car to Volkswagen and they told me that the repairs were serious, put me in a loaner and repaired the car. I called Nissan after I was told by Volkswagen it would cost me $1897.00 to fix the front end issues. I was told that the extended warranty did not cover it. After I spoke to the mgr at Nissan, he told me he upgraded me to the delux plan and he was sending me a check for $250. Well then I get a call from the service department and was told I would be getting ALL my money back. Well that never happened. I got a check from the warranty of $772.00. Between both checks it did not even cover the shocks. I am still owed about $600 or more. Then I had to bring the car back again for serivce this time for a cracked manifold. I brought the car right to Volkswagen since this was a major repair. I called Nissan and was told they will do nothing since the car was at Volkswagen and not at their dealership. I am again out $602 for this repair. I will never do business with this dealership as they do not take resposibility for their used cars. $1200 is alot of money to be putting out for a car I had less then 4 months. More

Being in fiancé for 37 years at a bank I was able to review the contract and determine if I was receiving a good deal. The only thing they could have explained is the dlr reduction of $1000 and the credit I was due from my old lease on the One to One. I determined these discounts when reviewing the documents to balance out the final costs. More

From that moment on, we were treated the way every customer deserves to be treated, with respect! Maria helped us find and test drive the right vehicle for us. She answered all of our questions expertly, and when we decided to purchase the vehicle, she led us through the long process. Her expertise, calm demeanor, and friendliness helped to make the process enjoyable. I'd like to also mention Joe Cirillo, who we also had the pleasure of dealing with. He helped us through the signing of all the paperwork, explaining each page as we went along. Both Joe and Maria are assets to your dealership. Outstanding Customer Service Having finally found a job three months ago (after losing a job a year ago), went through identity theft and a bankruptcy, I was very hesitant and di Having finally found a job three months ago (after losing a job a year ago), went through identity theft and a bankruptcy, I was very hesitant and discourage in wanting to apply for any loans having been turned down by the credit union and two dealerships due to my credit. I called Pine Belt Nissan (in Toms River, NJ) as my last hope. When calling the dealership twice the customer service representative was unable to hear me. So I decided not to call back but within 10 minutes I received a call back from Alana R. who was very nice and apologized for not being able to hear me. I explained to her my situation and she told me to come to the dealership the next day to see if their finance department could help me. As suggested, I arrived the next day and was introduce to Peter Bottorff (Sales & Lease Consultant). I explained to Peter my situation and I told him the vehicle I wanted was a used SUV. Peter was not just a sales person but a true consultant. He informed me in regards to some of the mistakes I made with my bankruptcy as well as how I could now build my credit. He also let me know which vehicles I could afford which no other dealership took the time to do. The finance department worked hard to make sure they could find me the best loan for my situation. I would say Peter and the finance department worked for over five hours (no lunch) to help me. Finally, Peter said, “I was approve for a new Sentra or a new Rogue.” I could not believe what I was hearing. Since my purpose was for a SUV I took the 2014 Rogue which I am very happy with this vehicle. I would recommend this dealership based on their going above and beyond customer service and their willingness to help. I left this dealership feeling like a person again instead of feeling disappointed. More

From the moment I entered the Dealership, salesmen were cordial to all who entered- I had the opportunity to deal with John Sokolowski- I think he was shocked because I was ready to buy my Juke 2014 in Gra cordial to all who entered- I had the opportunity to deal with John Sokolowski- I think he was shocked because I was ready to buy my Juke 2014 in Graphite Blue- a real beuaty- all I needed was for him to find the color and work out the detail, which he did efficiently and professionally. When we were through, we dealt with Evan in Finance- both of these men got us in and out in a short amount of time- neither one rushed the or made me feel uncomfortable.
