Halim Assal did a great job helping pick the vehicle that I am leasing, it had everything I asked for and most importantly made sure it wa came in. I was hesitant about even buying a Nissan, but I went to Toms River Nissan after having a terrible car-buying experience with another Nissan dealer. I was hesitant about even buying a Nissan, but this dealership quickly changed my mind. Everybody I dealt with was so pleasant. I was up front with Jason about what I wanted and what my budget was. He was very accommodating was willing to work with me on a price the best he could. This was the first car dealership I had ever gone to where I didn’t feel pressured to make an impulsive buy or have to haggle for a reasonable price. They will explain your contract to you over and over until you understand it and are fully educated on your purchase. I spent a little more on a car than I had originally intended when I began car shopping, but I never felt like I was ripped off or overpaid. The customer-service was so exceptional that I felt that it was worth every penny to have such a positive experience. I bought my car after work on a Friday night, and by the time I signed my papers, it was past closing for the dealership. However, despite being after-hours and it being a freezing cold night, Jason still took the time to come out to my new car with me and explain to me all the features, and help me set up my Bluetooth. He has even followed up with me several times to make sure my car was up to my standards and to see if I had any questions or concerns about my purchase. I would highly recommend that anyone going to buy a car here to ask for Jason. He is honest and enjoys what he does. He goes above and beyond for customers and that is not easy to find in a car salesman! More
