Franz told me today that they are not responsible, stated they paid a dispo fee and the final months. asked for the general mgr. left a message for him to call and haven't heard back. They sold me a lemon!!! This is by far the WORST place I have ever dealt with in my life! They sold me a Used jeep in October that I have had to bring back about 5 or 6 times This is by far the WORST place I have ever dealt with in my life! They sold me a Used jeep in October that I have had to bring back about 5 or 6 times to be fixed! I was dealing with driving back and forth to work and the hospital for my ill father and being pregnant not knowing if I was going to make it from point a to b! I bought the vehicle being promised it was a great truck and reliable! It is everything but that! They don’t care about there customers they just care about the commission! I tried speaking with a manager and he just sent me to a salesman to try and get me to buy another vehicle from them! All they have done was minimal repairs to keep taking my money! It is absolutely ridiculous and I will take media or legal action against this to make sure me and my NEWBORN child are safe and sound in a new car! More

We started the paperwork process over the phone and when I came in the car was ready to go with just a few other items to finalize.
