I came into Nissan when I saw the online trade in lease early. I met with a new salesman Ryan and apprehensive at first, he instantly set my mind at ease. Overall service and experience with Ryan and the financial agent who handled my paperwork were exceptional. From prior experiences I will say they never pressured or made me uncomfortable as other dealers have in the past. More
Dan Campbell was one of the best salesmen I have ever dealt with. There was initial confusion when I went to the dealership. I had called earlier and spoken to the Internet rep. I was told that the used Jeep I was looking for was sold but another was in stock. When I got to the dealership Dan figured out that the Internet rep was mistaken and located the Jeep I really wanted- it was not sold! Dan was professional, courteous, and went out of his way. He followed up after the sale to see if everything was going well. I have never experienced that before. He also called me to tell me that the original owner had returned a second key for the Jeep! A great overall experience with Dan making the difference. More

He was never pushy and seemed genuine, which I now realize can be a rare find in car sales. He was extremely straight forward with the availability of the cars in stock (I wanted a new Versa), pricing and how he could work with me to fit the car into my budget. I absolutely love my new car, and I literally do not have one complaint about the experience I had today with Pine Belt Nissan. Thank you so much - you are the best! More
All of the staff, especially Arnold Manresa was very helpful. The used car that I bought was nicer than I thought that I could afford after my old car died.
