As I said, the extras were presented without any sales pressure, which resulted in our purchase. After the purchase we spent time with Niko Lattanzio who described and demonstrated each and every feature of our new vehicle. Because it was a plug-in hybrid that we were not familiar with. Niko left us (my wife and I) with a full understanding of the car's operation and offered his assistance at any time if additional questions arise. I can’t say enough about Pine Belt Subaru! I knew it was a dealership different than any other just minutes into our visit. The staff was friendly and courteous as soon as we walked in and the showroom was a dealership different than any other just minutes into our visit. The staff was friendly and courteous as soon as we walked in and the showroom was very clean, which is so important during these times. We worked with Alexis who was super friendly and spoke with both passion and knowledge of Subaru as a company and each model we looked at. She answered all of my questions (and there were a lot) and guided me to a perfect fit. She worked her magic and before I knew it, I was in my Forester!
