Truly valued as a customer! I am SO happy I went to Pine Belt Subaru today!! I never thought I could be so happy with a car! I ran into some car troubles with my Honda of 13 year I am SO happy I went to Pine Belt Subaru today!! I never thought I could be so happy with a car! I ran into some car troubles with my Honda of 13 years and needed a new car quickly, which was super stressful. I went to a couple of Honda dealerships and a different Subaru dealership before I ended up at Pine Belt after recommended by someone who’s had positive Pine Belt experience! After a week of negative experiences elsewhere that left me feeling so defeated, we shook hands with Matt M on my new lease within ten minutes. His positive attitude, transparency, and willingness (even eagerness) to go above and beyond was a breath of fresh air! There wasn’t a moment at Pine Belt where I felt stressed or unsure. This was my first experience buying a car, and it couldn’t have been more positive. The Crosstrek Limited I went with is absolutely gorgeous and the tech is above any expectations I had! I didn’t realize a car so affordable could offer so much! What’s even more impressive is that I will be returning next week for a lesson with Nico on how to use all of the tech! At many car dealerships, it is so easy to feel preyed upon and pressured, but at Pine Belt, I felt valued, which is truthfully the key aspect to having an incredible experience at a dealership.
