ALERT: When signing financial papers they inserted a $300 “etching” charge without mentioning it. Was called (optional) on fine print but you have to catch it yourself. Roy Hudec was our salesman and he made my son feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. What I liked was that Roy was very honest with my son and pointed out the pros and cons of everything they discussed. Roy and his team worked very hard and got us a great deal. They even stayed past closing to get everything done so my son could drive the car home. My son left with a great car that far exceeded our expectations. I was so moved by the experience that I actually hugged Roy when we left. And that is the truth! We couldn't have asked to be treated better! More
