After months of research and due diligence, I walked into the dealership with the exact model and price point I had in mind. Surprisingly enough, I looked all over NJ to find this model with only about 3 dealerships that would barely meet the low price point I wanted. First, I went to Cherry Hill - lousy service, promised me to have the vehicle in stock that day and didn't have it! I was extremely frustrated. Luckily enough, I called Pine Belt (have loads in inventory, great selection to choose from unlike other dealerships), spoke to Lisa Daly and she explained that the vehicle was available and ready for viewing. Upon my arrival, I was immediately greeted by a very friendly gentleman to Greg. Greg had EVERYTHING ready in no time, matched my price point and had the vehicle ready for a test drive. Greg did not try any of the typical sales pitches or try to sell other superfluous items - he was straight to the point and answered my questions. He was extremely well-informed about the product he had in stock. He was definitely reassuring! I also spoke to Eric C. - very nice gentleman as well. Straight to the point and respected all the decisions I made......I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND PINE BELT SUBARU! ... My salesman, Geovannie, is very knowable about the cars he sells. He (and their other staff) even stayed late two nights and had everything in order and set to go. It was great!! It was a wonderful experience!! I wanted a black outback fully loaded, there wasn't one available at the time in July, so I waited a couple weeks for It was a wonderful experience!! Money back from warranty vendor Well, to make a long story short, because of a break in the rear window defroster grid, the radio would play static when turned on with rear defroster Well, to make a long story short, because of a break in the rear window defroster grid, the radio would play static when turned on with rear defroster. Zurich the warranty vendor advised Pinebelt to repair a suppressor first. They also advised that if that was not the problem, that we would be responsible for that cost.... Which is totally ridiculas. Of course the suppressor didnt work and we had to replace the rear window which Zurich paid for. After many phone calls, Eric Cenname of Pinebelt was able to get us reimbursed for that additional expense. Many thanks to Eric and Pinebelt. More
