Wonderful Experience with Greg! I have owned Nissans since I started driving at 17. I never thought I would ever not have a Nissan. When I started traveling to school, I need something with 4-wheel drive. So, hearing only good things about Subaru's I had to find out for myself. I was recommended to Greg Geran and could not be more pleased with my experience with not only him, but also Scott Cerosimo. They special ordered me a car and made sure I was taken care of paying a reasonable price. They took hours going back and fourth with my dad and I to make sure the car had every last thing that we wanted in it along with interior and exterior colors. Greg took my cell phone number and kept me updated on when my car was coming and even gave me exact dates! I now own my 2016 Subaru Crosstreck and could not possibly be happier! I have had my car for about 3 weeks now and Greg has followed up with me asking how everything is and if I have any questions. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I did not even feel like I was buying a car. Thank you Pine Belt Subaru and especially Greg Geran for everything! More

My mom recently leased a vehicle from Pine Belt Subaru and mentioned I should try them. I came in and Greg assisted me. I was nervous because getting a new car always creates anxiety and was a bit stressed about credit. Greg, Eric, and Scott were extremely helpful and friendly. They were able to get me into a brand new 2016 Subaru Forester and was able to keep the lease in my price range. The process was smooth, and all employees were extemely friendly. They even gave cookies and snacks! Overall, I could not be more pleased and look forward to seeing the team again in 3 years when my lease is up! Thank You to the entire team!! More

Promised a car then didn't come through I went to Pine Belt Subaru with my son to look for a specific model of Subaru. My son was leaving for military training in a couple weeks so didnt h I went to Pine Belt Subaru with my son to look for a specific model of Subaru. The car he was looking for was not in stock, but the sales manager told us they could get the car he wanted in just a few days. When we questioned him about why he was so confident about that he said in all the years he'd been in the business there was only one time he couldn't get a vehicle. We gave them a $1000 deposit with the understanding that it was refundable if they didn't get the specific vehicle we discussed. Surprise, two days later they called and said they couldn't get the vehicle, but within a couple weeks they could get us another one. Needless to say we no longer trusted them and got our deposit back. The unfortunate part of all this was we lost out on a deal on another car at a different dealership. It wasnt my sons first choice, but he would have bought it as his second choice. It was sold by the time we went back. More

It was great to work with a dealership seems to have integrity and once the deal was struck, the numbers and terms were solid. Picking up the car and finalizing the paperwork was faster than most other dealers we have dealt with - it was a pleasure not to kill an entire day finalizing the deal. More
Bad mechanic work they did a poor job replacing timing belt on 2002 outback, the I idler pulley went and belt broke wiped out the engine 4000 miles later. The kicker is they did a poor job replacing timing belt on 2002 outback, the I idler pulley went and belt broke wiped out the engine 4000 miles later. The kicker is they did the timing belt at 114,000 and at 216,000, both times they never replaced the Idler bearing, they had the records for the service on this car and they ignored good common sense, any good mechanic would have said better replace the idler pulley its the original, no they did not, blamed it on the car, this car was well maintained and always serviced at Subaru, Pine Belt/ They tool no responsibility for this and the car is destroyed, Do not take your car to this Butcher shop that only cares about the money. The service manager did not know what he is talking about and a smooth talker. More
