Got ripped off and didn't realize it I was told I could only get the financing I needed if I took the extended warranty and gap coverage. And they also raised the price on the car 2000 do I was told I could only get the financing I needed if I took the extended warranty and gap coverage. And they also raised the price on the car 2000 dollars over the sticker and I didn't realize it until 3 months down the road. Generally they are just not trustworthy. More

I have visited this dealership twice and on the second time I bought a used Subaru . Geovannie the sales man and Bill the sales manager went the extra mile to work with me to fit the car in a tight budge time I bought a used Subaru . I went to Pinebelt to look at some certified cars following an internet search; I was treated in an above average manner that exceeded my expectations. I started with Carol through the internet she w following an internet search; I was treated in an above average manner that exceeded my expectations. I started with Carol through the internet she was knowledgable and answered all of my questions. When I was unable to connect with her on my way to Pinebelt I received a call from Erick, the sales manager who went above and beyond with having my needs met. The sales consultant, Jim was equally as wonderful in making my visit a comfortable one. My freind and I were treated to lunch and made to feel very comfortable. Last but not least Scott helped to finalise the transaction in a timely manner and provided a wealth of knowledge pertaing to extended insurance for the vehicle that I purchased. Overall a wonderfull experience. More
