Gil, my salesman, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the sales manager was very friendly as well, just make sure you go over your contract line by line and get exactly what you pay for and don't pay and the sales manager was very friendly as well, just make sure you go over your contract line by line and get exactly what you pay for and don't pay for what you don't get. My contract had a window etching added in and the window was not etched. I caught it and had them remove it from the price. Besides, it's just a moneymaking scheme anyway. It costs about $20 to etch a window and they charge $375. Another thing to watch for is their lifetime warranty and one year free oil change scheme. They say that if you get all your service done at their dealership you will get a free lifetime warranty on your car. They say the car needs and oil change and preventive service every 7500 miles. What they don't tell you is that the oil change is just that, oil and a filter, nothing else. The 7500 mile service that they require you to get for the free lifetime warranty, costs about $150. That's where they rotate the tires, fill your fluids, and inspect the belts, hoses, etc. Every other shop does all that as part of the oil change except for the tire rotation, but that is usually about $20 extra. If you don't pay for the service, you don't get the warranty. So it's really not a free warranty. In the long run, you are paying for it. You should also know that most auto insurance companies will sell you mechanical breakdown coverage at a very reasonable rate that will cover you for most mechanical and electrical failures on your car. I have this coverage with a $250 deductible and it costs about $100 per year per car. More

Throughout the entire process they kept in contact with me, gave me updates, and reassured me that they would do their absolute best to find the vehicle I was looking for. I couldn't be more thrilled about my 2012 Impreza. Gil did a fantastic job tracking down the vehicle, going over the features and options, and made the overall experience excellent. John made the paperwork quick, easy, and painless. The overall atmosphere was very friendly and helpful. Again I cannot express how thrilled I am about my purchase and will definitely be recommending both Subaru and this dealership to friends and family. Thanks again guys! More

Ray did an absolutely excellent job of explaining the features of our car to us, and I really appreciate that they took the time to answer my questions without dismissing me because I was a woman (that happened at all of the other dealers we went to). I was in the market for an Impreza. I had contacted the dealership via email and had several questions answered via this media. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Bill Brand. Bill was knowledgeable of the vehicle in question, was not pushy and responded to all of my questions in a professional and courteous manner. I was able to secure a deal on the vehicle I was interested in. Both John Mailot and John Mastro were great to work with. After the sale Bill Brand reviewed all of the features in the vehicle with me when it was delivered. I have purchased vehicles in the past from Pine Belt dealers but this was the first time I purchased at Pine Belt Subaru. This dealership is not the typical highway dealer with the high pressure sales people and the "let me talk to my manager" mentality. I was able to speak directly to the finance manager and the sales manager. I recommend Pine Belt Subaru and the Pine Belt family of dealerships. More
