I have been a Pine Belt Subaru customer in the past, where I purchased my beloved Forester. It was definitely time for an upgrade after 10 years with my fantastic and reliable Forester, where new and ex where I purchased my beloved Forester. It was definitely time for an upgrade after 10 years with my fantastic and reliable Forester, where new and exciting things in my life warranted a new automobile. I did a lot of research on many different makes and models. No matter which I looked into, I kept coming back to a Subaru. I really liked the look of the Impreza, in person and on paper. Safety was a huge concern to me, and Ray took the time to patiently go over all of the safety features the Impreza had to offer. John and Ray worked with me on prices that I could afford--they were compassionate and generous and very professional in their delivery of the material and information. We could tell immediately that they loved their job and invested a great deal of themself into what they do. We had ventured to the Pine Belt dealership with just the intention of "looking", and we left the lot with a brand new Impreza! I am extremely delighted with the 2012 Subaru Impreza. I went to Pine Belt knowing full well they didn't have the car i wanted but i wanted to know if they could get it and make a better offer for my trade in. I was pleasantly surprised that they were welcom the car i wanted but i wanted to know if they could get it and make a better offer for my trade in. I was pleasantly surprised that they were welcoming and open to me and my daughter. i was offered options as to how to get what i wanted and i wasn't just heard, i was listened to. John and Larry were very flexible and courteous. We settled on the car i wanted and they were able to located it and transfer it to their inventory in roughly 24 hours. I went to the dealer prepared with numbers, printouts and financing done. John Mailot outdid my numbers and offered me an even lower rate than i already had. that impressed me greatly. So much so, my wife's truck will come from Pine Belt when the time comes. All in all, I was pleased. Larry Zwick himself delivered my new 2012 Subaru Legacy GT to my door. I'm Pleased. More
Well I guess cold calls pay off for all parties involve. It was due to a call out of the blue that intrigued my husband and I to test drive the new 2012 Outback. We had looked at the Outback2 years prior It was due to a call out of the blue that intrigued my husband and I to test drive the new 2012 Outback. We had looked at the Outback2 years prior but decided on the Forester. However after owning the Forester for two years we felt we need for a little more room for our road trips. Jim Pfister was wonderful to deal with. Very informative and did not intimidate us with high sale pressure techniques. The car itself had improvements made to it that we noticed since our previous test drive. Handling for one and even something as small as the seat adjustment. It was now better for my short stature. This time i could adjust the seat to see over the hood. Jamie and John were also pleasant to deal with. I felt that all parties treated us with fairness and respect. I had an negative experience with another "local" dealership 2 years ago that caused us to walk, and that is how we originally came to Pine Belt. Our negative experience was turned into a positive one with our Forester purchase at Pine Belt and now we're back! When opportunity arises I will highly recommend this dealership and specifically Jim Pfister for sales. The amount of time he spent with us going over the car was phenomenal as I am very technically challanged. Buying a car can be very stressful for many of us, it's a big purchase in an area where the buyer has limited knowledge even when they've done their homework, and Pine Belt made it virtually painless. He was friendly and shared really interesting information about the newer models that made me begin thinking about the possibility of a new car. He followed up in a professional way, without being overbearing at all. My husband and I went to several other dealers to price cars and returned to talk to Matt this past week. When we arrived, he showed us exactly what we were looking for at a competitive price. He was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful in every way possible. I went to Pine Belt Subaru with the expectation of taking a 2012 Outback for a test drive. I found a car on the lot I was interested in and was met outside by Gil, my salesperson. He was friendly and very knowledgeable on the Outback. I took the test drive and really liked the car. I had done a lot of research ahead of time so I knew what I was looking for. I didn't expect to be buying a car because I figured they wouldn't give me anything close to what I was looking for on my trade.I gave them the opportunity to appraise my car with little expectations. I was surprised at their first offer. It was much higher than I expected, but I knew that my trade was in mint condition and a very desirable vehicle so I held out for more. After some negotiating we came to an agreeable price. It was a good experience for me. I'm not intimidated by these kind of situations like some might be. I also negotiated a good price on a 5 year 100,000 mile warranty, and on top of everything else, I got a free Garmin GPS unit. The overall experience was very good and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good selection of Subaru vehicles. More
