The best car buying experience I've ever had. I was a bit nervous to buy a new car, I've already owned a Subaru Forester, so that wasn't the problem. It was the process that worried me; however it couldn't have been better. The entire staff was warm, friendly and totally understanding of my feelings, from the GM, Scott, to the Mgr. Steve and especially the salesman Ray. Ray put up with all my questions and requests, he made it a very pleasant experience. And I got a terrific deal on top of it. This guy was great. Sure, he wanted to make a deal, sell a car, that's expected, but it was the way in which he went about his job that was such a significant difference from my prior car purchases at other dealerships. He wasn't pushy, he wasn't "wheeling and dealing," instead he answered all my questions, and got me a price that I was willing to pay. Done and Done.
