Showed up on time and the salesman Bobby was running around the dealership like he had no purpose. They bring the wrong vehicle around to look at, we inform him that this is the wrong vehicle and he proceeds to ignore us while we wait for 20 minutes. When we confront him his manager informs us that the vehicle we came to look at wouldn't be there for a week. Nightmare scenario. This place is the nightmare you think about when you think about car buying. Simply put the worst dealership and people. More

New Car Purchase Recently purchased a new Highlander from this dealership. There was an initial misunderstanding and I was very frustrated; however, the General Manage Recently purchased a new Highlander from this dealership. There was an initial misunderstanding and I was very frustrated; however, the General Manager called me and listened calmly to my frustrations. Within a few days (at my convenience), I went to the dealership and met personally with him. He quickly resolved my problem and I am now a happy customer. Over the years I have purchased 5 or 6 vehicles from Pinehurst Toyota and each purchase was a pleasant experience. I love my new Highlander. More

Never go here! Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Found a vehicle and agreed on a price late on a Friday. Came back on Monday and sat down to sign paperwork and price was different. Told them this isn’t what was agreed on, and they said take it or leave it. I asked for the floor manager I had worked with and they said no. Horrible customer service. NEVER go to this place. Additionally, it is dirty and as soon as you pull into the lot you have 5 people asking you personal questions. Again, horrible experience and will NEVER go back! More

Problems from time to time in the buying and service process I don't believe for a minute that all is not done to try to satisfy the customer.
