He had his Manager come in and speek with us o see what excatly we wanted and could do. Marius the general manager came in very pleasant man to work with, he went over eveything with us and what we could do. It really wasnt looking good as far as trading in. The more that we talked the more he worked and worked to try and get us out of the situation that we were in. Sucessfully he did. We told him the payment that we could afford and he did everything that he coudl to get that for us. Once he did all he could do he turned it over to Barb who worked with tha bank and got our payment right under where we were comfortable with paying. We came back to the dealership and signed all of our papers with Barb, she was very personable with us including my 2 year old son. Once we were finished sigining all of the papers Ramsey took us out to get our car and get our stuff out of the old car into the new. It was raining that night and he was kind enough to pull cars into the service department which was closed so we could go over the details on my NEW car and get eveyrthing out of the old one. He was very informative and very helpful. I would refer everyone who is looking to purchase a new car to go to Wildcat Ford. More
I gave this dealership such a poor rating because it is deceitful. After spending over 5 hours at the dealership, just before my wife and I were about to sign the last papers, they pulled a bait and switc deceitful. After spending over 5 hours at the dealership, just before my wife and I were about to sign the last papers, they pulled a bait and switch on us and changed the price. There is a reason this dealership has been revoked by the BBB and assigned and "F" rating by the BBB! I would discourage everyone from doing business with these crooks. Ladies, I would encourage you to steer clear of this dealership. My wife and I went together, as I said. We had agreed on a price and already signed tons of papers. Well, I had to leave for about 25 min because I had to pick up my child from school. Once I returned, my wife said that they had changed the price. Basically, as soon as they saw that I had left, they tried to pull a fast one on my wife and manipulate her. The staff was badmouthing one another and throwing each other under the bus. It was just an all around nightmare of an experience. Again, the BBB has given them an "F" and revoked them for a reason. A young guy named Jonathan, from Atlanta, was who we worked with. He had a Bible verse sitting on his desk. At one point, because he knew that I was a Christian, he even tried to manipulate me be saying, "Come on man, you know who is in control of everything, including this purchase. God wants you to buy this car; he brought us together for a reason." If that isn't scandalous and cheap, I don't know what is. STEER CLEAR of this dealership and its creeps! More

It's not looking good for their service department. I left my 2003 Ranger there for 10 days without ever being offered a loaner vehicle. Paid $1,189 for repairs (plus $440 to Hertz car rental). Picked it left my 2003 Ranger there for 10 days without ever being offered a loaner vehicle. Paid $1,189 for repairs (plus $440 to Hertz car rental). Picked it up today. Drove 5 miles toward home, engine stalled, smoke appeared from area they were suppose to fix. I managed to drive it back to Wildcat Ford. This time they gave me a nice loaner vehicle immediately. I will be expecting further nice things from them to remedy this situation. I will write another post when this all comes to an end. More

If you are thinking of doing business with this dealership, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The reviews here speak for themselves. Initially I came to the dealership due to finding a gr dealership, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The reviews here speak for themselves. Initially I came to the dealership due to finding a great price on a vehicle I had been looking for. I am located about 2 hours away but I thought the price was worth the drive so I made the trip. Upon arriving the sales person we were dealing with was great, that changed very quickly as my time there progressed. Our sales guy seemed to be more worried about his Saturday night plans than selling a car and even left half way through our deal. 3 hours later after dealing with the condescending sales manager who tried to make me feel like a bad person for having less than perfect credit (even after I told him I had no issues on obtaining a loan with my own bank, and was already approved) I left with the car. The sales manager had insisted he was so amazing at his job that he just knew he could beat my interest rate "even for a person like me with bad credit". The general manager even came up to me and told me they had gotten me a specific interest rate which turned out to be not true. Needless to say that was all a waste of my time and I ended up financing with my bank at a much lower rate. When I was leaving the dealership one of the other managers came out to comment on how dirty the car was that I was purchasing and that I could bring it back anytime for a free detail, I am sure you can guess that that never happened as well. That aside I was willing to put a bad experience behind me and try to enjoy my new car. Well that didn’t last long... I had to call up to request temporary tags 3 times that they had promised to overnight me the next business day as they claimed they were already locked up when I was leaving. I finally received the temp tag but had to wait another 30 days to get the checks for the tag/sales tax. When I went to the DMV I was not surprised to find out the sales tax had been calculated incorrectly and they would have to send the overpayment back to the dealership. I purchased my car back in March and as of today July 9th I have still not received my money back from them (almost $200!) I do not think I have ever written a bad review in my life but my next step will be to contact the BBB. Save yourself a headache and do not deal with these people. The old saying that you get what you paid for is so true, too bad I had to find out the hard way. More
I recently paid a visit to Wildcat Ford while looking for a car for my son, and I wanted to write a review to let others know that my experience there was a good one. Immediately upon entry I was approached a car for my son, and I wanted to write a review to let others know that my experience there was a good one. Immediately upon entry I was approached by an attentive salesman who was able to answer my questions and direct me to a make and model that most fit my budget and needs. I ended up loving the 2013 Fusion and my son seemed happy that he didn't have to get a clunker for his first car. All in all, the quality of service I received at Wildcat Ford went beyond my expectations. More

I've seen one for sale in Texas, another farther away, I wasn't in any hurry. Imagine how happy I was when one matching exactly what I wanted came up for sale locally. I saw the ad in the internet on Saturday night and rode over Monday night to look at and drive a 2011 Mustang GT, Candy Apple Red, California Special. Upon arrival I was greeted by a young salesman as soon as I got out of the truck. They were just putting the car back on the lot after a complete detail, perfect timing, the keys were in it and we got in as soon as the technician got out. I was impressed with the car althought it seemed to pull to the right at times, this worried me in a used car and I wanted to be sure this one was right for me before pulling the trigger so to speak. Due to family circumstances were short on time that night and I told the salesman to call me tomorrow and we could discuss this further. He was good to his word and called me the next day, being busy that day I set up and appoinment for Wednesday, at that time I asked if I could drive it home and bring it back Friday (I have a large truck and have had that or a large SUV for years so I wasn't sure this size car would suite me no matter how beautiful I thought it was). He said that was no problem and come on over. So before making the hour drive out to Nicholasville Rd I called him again and gave hime a time frame for arrival, he stated he wouldn't be there but he would have it all set up and everthing was ready. We decided to stop and eat and dinner ran long, I called again and was put thru to another salesman after being on hold more than once. He wanted to know if it had been cleared with a manager. I don't work there, how am I supposed to know that information? He again said not to worry since I was so close just come on out and we would work it out. Well, as soon as we got to his desk he stated I was lied to and that salesman didn't work there anymore and company policy was not to ever let a customer drive a car home, especially a performance car. I didn't need to hear anymore, I refuse to do business with a dealership that won't let me try my second largest purchase out for more than a spin around the block. The salesman was shocked as I got up and immediately left. I have not received a phone call or apology for my 2-hour drive for nothing. So I'm out $24 in diesel fuel and a few hours of my time. Never again Wildcat Ford! More
After writing the initial review on how this business tried to bait and switch me by having me pay for a car, then saying it was wrecked and trying to sell me a new one for $1000 extra, I remembered the tried to bait and switch me by having me pay for a car, then saying it was wrecked and trying to sell me a new one for $1000 extra, I remembered the CarFax service. I looked up the car and lo and behold, it was never wrecked or damaged in any way. The CarFax report also told me where the car was physically located (Cincy, OH) so I drove up and looked at it. Perfect condition from head to tail. When I talked to the OH dealer about Wildcat Ford, they said they'd been contacted and asked to transfer the car to KY for sale, but declined as they felt it would sell there in OH. And it did -- I bought it on the spot. When I reported the bait and switch to the BBB and KY Attorney General, I received a very abusive phone call from Marius, the sales manager at Wildcat Ford. He openly lied about facts I had IN WRITING. I would avoid doing business with these people at all costs. More
We recently went and visited the dealership to buy a new or used vehicle. We did not know exactly what we wanted and our saleswoman was awesome. She was very smart and led us to the vehicle that was right f or used vehicle. We did not know exactly what we wanted and our saleswoman was awesome. She was very smart and led us to the vehicle that was right for our family. She knew the vehicle in and out and made the process a lot of fun. We are not ready to purchase u til around October though as that is when we will be needing it since we are expecting our 3rd child. She never made is feel pressured or uncomfortable. We would recommend her to all of our friends and family. Our only negative part about the experience was when the manager came to speak with us. He was very rude and loud. I think his name was Donald or Danny? It started with a D. He made us feel that if we didn't buy the car that instant we wouldn't get as good of a deal. Makes us hesitant to try to work a deal when we do return, which we will as Chanel was wonderful and definitely earne our business! Anyone in the market, ask for her! If your reading this, thanks so much and great job! More
