Mind you we drove 4hrs..... had sent them a photo of the check in hand. Plenty of time for them to get her detailed up they said. They didn't do a xxxx thing 😒.. paperwork wasn't ready truck clearly wasn't touched .. But wait it gets better... being 4hrs away this deal was set in stone so to speak I've purchased my last 4 trucks the same way from 2 different dealers with no problems at all. I'm 52 years old have bought a lot of vehicles over my years. So we end up at this dealership for over 4hrs... they did trade the bed cover for one off a used truck on the lot.. not broken but small dents in it. And they tried to get the black mold off the roof 😒 but did not get it all. That took 3 of the 4hrs. So we get to finance guy.... He has truly no idea we are only paying the difference in the trade cost so he has to start over on the paper work. Being we are from out of state I'd asked to just take care of taxes title work back home.... NO NO we pay for a program that cost over $600 .. and our financial guy is one of the best around.. Haha...Not!! We get to the end give them our keys and our ( certified)check made out to them on the agreed amount and low and behold they screwed up the taxes (they say) they need $300+ more dollars 💵. (Just put on a credit card they said) Wife loses it at this point and is done. Gets our keys and check back and out the door. Shorten a already long story , we talked and went ahead with the deal. They said our state will come after us for tax different i told them to take if off the price of their truck. (Didn't happen) .. Now look on their web site and they are asking over 5 Thousand dollars $$$$ over what they gave me for my perfect 2019 GMC SIERRA ( COULD HAVE PUT IT ON THE SHOWROOM FLOOR CLEANER THAN THEIR NEW TRUCKS) with 25k miles. And really screwed me out of $300 on taxes. Just a Horrible place to do business strongly DO NOT recommend them. The actual sales men i believe his name was Reese?? Isn't a bad guy, the rest of this place just bad. No one spoke to us in 4hrs of waiting around. No one. SHOULD HAVE JUST WALKEDAWAY. I already have had the Ram at our local dealership to replace the Navigation system that didn't work on our 4hrs drive home. More
I purchased a new truck 5 days ago in Indiana where I live. I was in Lexington visiting my mother and the battery charging system failed. I drove straight to this dealership. I’m stuck here until Monday, I understand that but I still need help. I was told I should of bought the truck from them and I should take it to Autozone to see if they could fix it. Worst customer service ever!!! Go somewhere else and spend your hard earned money. I wished I lived here so I could deter any locals from buying a new vehicle from this dealer. More
