Just purchased a Buick Encore 2016 Venting : I purchased my Buick Encore from Glenn Ford Lincoln . I haven’t even made my first payment on the vehicle and there’s something wrong with t Venting : I purchased my Buick Encore from Glenn Ford Lincoln . I haven’t even made my first payment on the vehicle and there’s something wrong with the transmission. I called and spoke to a manager here named Justin. Who basically wasn’t helpful or making the situation right. So I am an hour and a half out to where this dealership is. My cars not running had to get a tow to mcfarland gmc Maysville. They do not have enough mechanics and cannot get to my vehicle until May 20th. They put a code reader on my vehicle to find that there were deleted history that was erased before I even bought the car. I contacted the official Buick dealership to reach out and see if they could make this right. This is the worse experience I’ve dealt with for business. No one can give me a loaner car and if I do get one through enterprise I have to pay out of pocket. I’m F$&@“!NG fuming. What happened to customer service and making things right. I hope if anyone in the near future is looking to buy a vehicle from them reads this and goes somewhere else. 😡😡😡😡😡😭🥺 More

Glenn Ford Manager kept us as customers. We originally bought from this dealership in 2015 for my new 2015 Focus. I stopped in and I asked if I could look at the Manager kept us as customers. We originally bought from this dealership in 2015 for my new 2015 Focus. I stopped in and I asked if I could look at the 2014 same model because it would be cheaper. They said they still had two in stock and they could hold it over the weekend. My sales rep was originally Ramsey. But come Monday they had sold both 2014's somehow and didn't reserve one for me or even contact me about it. I show up and the rep Ramsey wasn't even working that day even though he had set up a appointment for that day. My dad was co-signing with me and raised xxxx about it, I was pretty annoyed at this point and I wanted to leave and just go to Paul Miller in Lexington. The floor manager stopped by and asked us what the problem was and he apologized and struck a deal for no interest on a 4 year loan for a 2015 instead of the 14. We signed off on it, I am about to finish my 4 yr loan and although the original sales was scummy I do enjoy the car. More

Terrible Customer Service The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought a F150 in August roof leaked took a month to repair. Tried to return vehicle with huge wate The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought a F150 in August roof leaked took a month to repair. Tried to return vehicle with huge water spot on headliner, insisted it be replaced, acted insulted and informed me that it was a big deal to change. Two weeks later find out they damaged frame and had to order new parts two more weeks went to dealer to find truck in back lot, told me it was complete and to return next day for pickup after detailing, returned truck dirty. Now USB ports stopped working, called dealer after expressing need to have transportation they told me to bring it in that it was quick fix. Arrive at dealer they tell me they can’t do it today to schedule an appointment and drop vehicle off. I work I have to have transportation and out of 6 months of owning this truck it’s spent 20% of that time at the dealership. Do not go to this dealer. More
