We bought my daughter’s used car from you one month ago in February. We brought it in yesterday because it has been stalling on her (as in the middle of intersections!!) The service technicians were unhelp in February. We brought it in yesterday because it has been stalling on her (as in the middle of intersections!!) The service technicians were unhelpful and dismissive. While we did not get the extended warranty, after only 1 month, it should still be covered for some tech service, as we were told “to just bring it in if you have any issues”. It feels like you got it off the lot and don’t care anymore. They told her the diagnostics would take awhile and it would cost $240/hour just to LOOK at it! Now my daughter is in a car with an unclear issue and it is unsafe. More
