The problem was, I had already put a significant deposit down on a car with the other dealership, and I felt I should honor my commitment. Nick respected my decision completely and never pressured me. Unfortunately, when that car arrived at the other dealership with significant damage, the deal fell apart. I called Nick for advice. He still had my Z and simply asked if I wanted it. This time, I said yes! That’s when Nick really had my back. He walked me through a difficult situation and gave me sound, straightforward advice. Then he went to work. He put together a deal that was more than fair and added value in ways I hadn’t expected. Eric did a great job handling the financing, while Nick took care of everything else. Before I knew it, the Z I had wanted from the beginning was mine, and Nick arranged to have it shipped hundreds of miles and delivered right to my doorstep. What stands out to me about Nick is pretty simple: he does what he says he’s going to do. He treated me fairly when I wasn’t even his customer, and when I came back needing his help, he was there. He’s a no-nonsense salesman, a straight shooter, and someone I learned I could trust. I absolutely love my new Z, and I have a lot of respect and appreciation for the person who helped me get it. Don’t buy anything from “Nismo” Nick. He lies and doesn’t do what he promises. Bought a used GT-R from him, he said that they had inspected it and everything was perfect. Also, he said the car had the owner’s manuals. They were not in the car when I got it. He said he would get me a set. Here we are 8 months later, no manuals. He doesn’t respond to texts, calls, or voicemails. All he cares about is making the sale. After that, ZERO customer service. He claims to be Nissan’s biggest fan. All he’s doing is giving this dealership and Nissan a bad reputation. More
