Beware of their Service Department! ! If I could rate a negative number I would. They had my Frontier in for a plugged up catalytic converter, which cost me $4,400 to replace. Shortly a ! I understand that there is no warranty on a used car, but am very disappointed in the quality of the vehicle, I will not be buying another car from them nor recommending them to anyone else. I recently purchased a used car from Pinnacle Nissan. This is actually my second car I've purchased from this dealership with about 16 years in between each purchase. I found what I wanted online, came This is actually my second car I've purchased from this dealership with about 16 years in between each purchase. I found what I wanted online, came in for a test drive and we worked a deal out. The sales department was very forthcoming and easy to speak to. There was no pressure or confusing list of numbers put in front of you. I ended up with the car I wanted for the price I agreed to and after 4 weeks I'm still pleased with my decision. Sam in particular listened and addressed my questions and concerns promptly and followed though in making the sale a success. Thank you! More
