My husband and I visited Pinnacle Nissan in Scottsdale after seeing an advertisement online for a used 2012 Nissan Altima at the dealership. Before leaving for the dealership I called and spoke with Chris after seeing an advertisement online for a used 2012 Nissan Altima at the dealership. Before leaving for the dealership I called and spoke with Chris who confirmed that the vehicle was still available. On our way to the dealership, Eugene called to let us know that he would be happy to help us once we arrived at the dealership. Once we got there, Eugene was assisting another customer, but we were introduced to JJ. He was an extremely helpful and knowledgeable salesman. He explained that the Altima we originally came to see had been sold that afternoon. He took the time to show us the same year and model car that they had on the lot. Unfortunately, my husband was set on a black or white car, which they did not have in stock. JJ offered to show us a new 2013 Altima and promised in doing so to keep our budget in mind. Once we saw the brand new Altima, we fell in love. JJ was very helpful throughout the negotiation process. We feel like both parties agreed on a great price for the car, as well as for our trade in vehicle. We couldn't have been happier dealing with JJ. More
John treated me as he would want his family/daughters to be treated. I feel that i can trust him completely. Which to me, is very important. I have felt that other dealerships/salesmen have taken advantage of me in the past. I did not/do not feel that way with John. I truly believe he genuinely cares about each of his customers. Friendly, the new GM made an instant connection and made me feel at home from the second I walked in the door. Once again sales people who convince you they can give you the best price fall short. I bought the car for $1700.00 more than their own advetized price on their web site. They refused to honor the price online with a bunch of lame excuses. In fact I could have bought a car from someone else cheaper and a upper version from the SL to the LE. VERY UNHAPPY More

I began looking to upgrade my Nissan Altima Coupe for about 6 months. I had many several inquires with other Nissan dealerships in the West Valey and had received repsonses. I decided to go into one of about 6 months. I had many several inquires with other Nissan dealerships in the West Valey and had received repsonses. I decided to go into one of those dealerships and take a look around. The salesman I dealt with, although not too pushy, did not listen to what I said I wanted and didn't want in a new car (i.e. the price, what bells & whistles, etc.) I tried to put me in a top of the line Altima Coupe (which I didn't ask for) and ended up qouting me a ridculous monthly payment. I was in the dealership for quite a while, when they finally gave me the keys to MY car back I left. Additionally, since I had made several internet inquiries I had sales people calling a nd leaving me messages EVERY DAY, which was annoying. So after months of these not so pleasant experiences I recently went to another Nissan dealership. Immediately I did not care for the salesman, he had that ridiculous hokey salesman smile....you know not genuine at all. Anyway, although I told him I wanted pearl white 2013 Nissan Altima Coupe, he qouted prices for a silver one and never gave me a price for the one I wanted. He kept me sitting there for almost an hour and then came back with a price. The price included putting money down wich I told him before that I wans't putting money down, When I told him I would have to think about it, he preceeded to get snarky with me and said "what is there to think about." Needlesss to say I left. I decided to give up looking and then I remembered I had a friend who had her Nissan serviced at Pinnacle and she like them, so I sent an internet inquiry about purchasing a new car. I was contacted via email by John Senter. We exchanged some emails about what I wanted and what price I was looking for in purchasing a new car, etc. John NEVER pressured me or called me, he just simply asked pertinant questions regarding my trade-in and what price I wanted to pay for a new car. On about the fifth day John sent me and email with a great offer and I junmped on it. I called hi (which was the frist time we talked on the phone) and we started progressing forward toward the purchase of my new vehicle. He was personable and genuine. I told me that he would even deliver the new car to me so I didn't have to go into the dealership.......WHAT????? Could this be true..................yes it was!!!!! John made the trade-in of my car and the purchse of my new car amazingly smooth and effortless. In allmy years I truly think this was the easiest purchase of my life. Addtionally, the finance person, Ken, who called me to get my stats, etc. was also wonderful. He throroughly explained the different options and programs regarding insurance and warranties avaialbe to me. He too was not pushy in trying to get me to purchase additonal items, etc. I have recommended Pinnacle Nissan and John Senter to anyone who will listen (I only purchased my car 5 days ago). John Senter is a one-of-a-kind and the best car salesman I have ever dealt with!!!!! More
I was looking for a new Altima at a couple of dealerships. John was great to work with, very professional and honest, especially when negotiating price. Very easy, and quick at Pinnacle Nissan. When buying a new vechicle, I value my time just as much as price, and they made the process really quick. That is why I prefer not to buy new cars just because of dealing with dealerships, but now I have found a dealership I can trust, and will be coming back for any future purchases. More
I was looking on Craig's list for a vehicle, and one of the items I clicked on, brought up Pinnacle Nissan. He asked me a few more specific questions and he asked me if it would be alright for him to take a look at their inventory and call mer back. He found something in my price range, and asked if I would like to see it. He drove to my house to show me the car. The car was more than I expected to get for the amount of money I was spending, I loved it! I wrote him a check for a down payment, and paid the balance the following day, WHEN HE DELIVERED THE CAR TO ME. That is what I call AWESOME Customer Service! I never went to Pinnacle NIssan for anything, he brought everything to me. I will recommend John Senter to everyone I know, I have talked about my experience with my friends and family and they even said themselves, that is what you call SERVICE! I am no different that the next person and I would be surprised if he treated anyone differently. 100+ rating for John, we need more people in this world like him. Thanks John!!1 More
This is the second Nissan I have purchased through this dealership. The first was back in 2009. Had some challenges in 2010, and 2011 with the sales division, but management changes have been made, and dealership. The first was back in 2009. In fact if it weren't for them, the sales division would not have had a repeat customer!!!!!!!!!!!! More
