I have, multiple times. At some points some managers were helpful, however, it took nearly throwing a fit to get that help. Mike T. has been helpful in this situation. I did finally get an answer today from Mark Smith, the ONE and ONLY person to ever call back as promised. Below is a log of recent communication: 12/7/22 1:45 Spoke to Mark Smith again, verified address that head unit was sent to in Wenatchee. Mark is the only person to actually call back as promised. He called a few times this day and I called him back when I was free. 12/7/22 12:42 Called back since I did not receive a call back from Reginald. Was informed he was with a client. I am still of ZERO priority to this man. Spoke to Mark Smith. He is looking into where the head unit was sent in Wenatchee and will call me back. 12/7/22 12:32 Talked to Reginald, he said it was shipped out yesterday and will call back in 5 min with the address it was shipped to and tracking number. Noone called back. 12/2/22 12:10 PM" Tim, looking to see if there is an update from Michael in (restoration or refurberation) Tim said it is fixed and will be sent out today or tomorrow. Agreed to have it sent to Fedex in Wenatchee due to heavy snow in driveway. Tim will call with the address and day/time of shipment along with tracking number. Noone called me back, ever. 11/30/22 12:33 PM: Mike T., looking for info about the part. Mike T. said he talked to Michael in Restoration/Refurberation and he said they are still waiting for part to come in and will contact me when it has. Noone called me back ever. 11/28/22 10:32 AM said will have Reginald or a manager call back about infotainment system Noone called me back ever. 11/23/22 11:23 AM said will call Reginald or a manager back today about infotainment system Noone called back 11/21/22 10:02 AM said will have Reginald call back about infotainment system. Noone called back 10/26/22 Left with car, was told about 1 week and then the head unit would be Overnighted.
