Dishonest Manager And Sales Man I went to the dealership after a follow up call from the service manager on an inquiry of a SUV. On the phone the sales manager sounded very honest an I went to the dealership after a follow up call from the service manager on an inquiry of a SUV. On the phone the sales manager sounded very honest and professional, both of those were not accurate!! I gave him and his sales person information about what I was looking to do in reference to trade in, down payment and finance. They told me that they would be able to meet my terms so I drove almost an hour to get there. Once I got there that’s when the dishonesties started. All of the things I requested before I arrived(trade in, down payment etc..) they were not able to meet. They actually told me my payment would be $150 more then what I was told via phone, unforeseen circumstances is what they said caused that even though I was very clear. When I was talking about the frustration with the sales manager he told me that dishonesties like this happens all the time because that’s the business they are in, which shouldn’t be the case!! Very disappointed in leadership and sales team. Beware More

I had done my research, knew what I wanted, what it should cost, and what kind of financing I should expect. Enter Jeff Pindzia. We worked with Jeff and his team via email for a few days before to ensure that we had all of our purchasing options, pricing, and finance terms worked out beforehand. On the day of the buy, we had a pretty tight timeline. When we arrived at the dealership, Jeff got things rolling immediately. Trade in, test drive, financing, deal, done. Everything was exactly as we had agreed on with no bait and switch. We were comfortable through the whole process and were never badgered or pressured into something we didn't want. Jeff and team followed up multiple times after the deal to be sure we were happy with the car (a 2019 Nissan Maxima SR. Are you kidding me? xxxx yeah we're happy!). We're looking forward to a long relationship with Pinnacle, their service department, and Jeff Pindzia. We are already talking about another deal in a few months to trade up an old Nissan Frontier. Lack of attention to detail I had my 2016 Nissan Altima in on 3/8 for oil change and to have a warranty part replaced and found that there was a recall on my back doors which the I had my 2016 Nissan Altima in on 3/8 for oil change and to have a warranty part replaced and found that there was a recall on my back doors which they replaced as well. On 3/14, I had to take my car back in as it wouldn’t start. The battery was dead. I called and asked the service advisor if it would be replaced under warranty and was a possibility. After they looked at my car, the battery had leaked and corroded the top cable to where it had to be replaced. The service advisor told me it wasn’t covered under warranty as the battery hadn’t been serviced. I asked if the had looked at the battery when I was in for an oil change less than a week prior and was told no that they don’t inspect the battery when performing an oil change. I had no choice but to pay for the part replacement as I need my car for work. Frustrated with the fact that if they had looked at the battery when I was in for an oil change this could have been avoided. Plus it was very obvious that the battery had leaked. More
Dropped the ball I purchased a $58,000 Titan and realized after about a week that a trim piece was missing from the inside door handle. I stopped by the service center to report it missing and get a new one. The parts guy scanned my VIN number and said he would order it and they would contact me. Around a month later, I called and the parts guy was not available but they would leave him a message. Now weeks later I called and was transferred to a really nice lady who was very helpful eventhough she couldn't help me. Now I am supposed to come into the dealership to order the part again. I don't have time for this, nor do I trust this will get resolved this time. I truly cannot recommended this dealership due to lack of customer service in the service and parts departments. More
