Went in to replace our gas gussler with a new Altima and hooked up with salesman Eugene. He was very informative without being pushy. We shopped around and they matched the best quote. They were so helpful keeping me within my budget. Paolo answered all of my questions about purchasing a brand new vehicle, which I had not done in 8 years. We got to the dealership and informed Mo of what our needs were and were shown a fully loaded Pathfinder that he knew was completely out of our budget. He took us on a test drive, which of course we fell in love with. We were convinced that with rebates and my husband's auto work related discount we might be able to afford the vehicle. After showing us the fancy shmancy verison, he showed us the "Meh" version of the Pathfinder, which neither of us really were in love with. When it came to numbers, we told them what we could afford and they came back with about $200 over our budget requested. We said no, and it turned out NO rebates were available that we thought were advertised. When we realized we couldn't afford the SUV, we asked about the Altima and pricing and Mo basically told us "Nah, once you decide you want an SUV you really don't want to downgrade in class." We also don't want to have a vehicle repossessed that we couldn't afford. Basically we left this dealership with a sour taste and feeling like Mo only cared about making a commission of the fancy SUV and not about our needs or earning our loyalty as a customer. We ended up buying a great Mazda 6 and and had a 100% better service at a different dealership. More
Scam artists! I was there looking for a used Nissan Altima and they directed me to one. It was a little dusty on the outside, but they said they would go get it all cleaned up. The test drive went wel Altima and they directed me to one. It was a little dusty on the outside, but they said they would go get it all cleaned up. The test drive went well and it looked like it was still in good shape at that time. So during the hours of negotiations and trying to get all the paperwork done, I kept asking if the detailing was done yet. It was a little strange that it was taking so long, but I thought maybe they were backed up. So it was dark out now and after hours of negotiations, I felt like I got to a decent deal. I drove off in my Altima only to wake up in the morning and realize that they still found a way to screw me over. The hood of the car had so many paint chips and the headlights were beyond dull. I would've never bought this car, the front of it was a mess. It's amazing what a little dust can cover up and they knew that. I just didn't think they would stoop so low, but hey even so called reputable dealerships are that shady. When I called back that morning they all played stupid. No surprise! I would never recommend this dealership to anyone because I feel like they went out of their way to trick me. That's just sad and I don't want anyone else to get screwed over by them. But if you must go there, please make sure you are thorough about everything. Not just the numbers... More
I was called almost on a weekly basis to come and buy a car from Pinnacle. Two weeks ago, I got 3 calls in 3 days to come to the Peoria Tent Sale. I went the 1st day of the sale. I was promised that I woul car from Pinnacle. Two weeks ago, I got 3 calls in 3 days to come to the Peoria Tent Sale. I went the 1st day of the sale. I was promised that I would not have a problem getting the car I wanted. When I found the car, a 2009 Murano, I went through their credit and finance process and left with the Murano. I traded in my car. My husband and I went to their Scottsdale location the next Saturday and signed all of the finance papers. Today, two weeks later, I get a call telling me that the finance dept. needed more information from me. When I questioned the man who called about what the finance dept. needed, he put me on hold, then came back and said that they wanted the car back! I have looked on several review websites and found out that this has happened to other people! More
My daughter and I bought a car here three weeks ago and was told that the paperwork was approved and the loan was good to go. They called the day before Thanksgiving asking for a recent pay statement sayin was told that the paperwork was approved and the loan was good to go. They called the day before Thanksgiving asking for a recent pay statement saying that they needed that and everything else went through. So we went today 11/24/12 at 11:00am to take the pay statements to them and they go oh by the way we need to change the loan so your interest rate, and car payment will change. They took away the military and all discounts that were offered to us on the day that we bought the car and they doubled the interest rate and car payment. They would not bulge on any of it. They lied to us and they asked for more money to put down as a down payment. When I bought the car I was so excited I showed all my family and friends. Now I have no car and no way to school, work and transportation for my grandma. They are horrible people and all they care about is themselves. They don't care about their customers all they tell is lies and they said the owner would agree to sell at the offer given to me at the time. Now they have gone back on their agreement and broke their deal after the paperwork and loan had been approved. Don't ever go here. The Finance department never explained to me about the loan wasn't approved, all he could talk about was his family and his pregnant wife, never about the loan itself. I am a college student and anyone trying to buy a car you make sure they explain to you and write everything down so you have it for your records. More
We bought 3 vehicles before which were good experiences. Now apparently something changed. They promised things to my wife and 2 friends that went their for the tent sale. All 3 left in new vehicles and wit Now apparently something changed. They promised things to my wife and 2 friends that went their for the tent sale. All 3 left in new vehicles and within a week all vehicles were returned. They will tell you get a low interest rate but then ask you to come back and try to make you pay 150-200 a month over what's agreed on. They lie way to much. If I wrote everything that happened the last couple weeks I would be here all day. Be very careful, they will make you feel like your getting a good deal when truth is they will have you resign. More

My wife and I were invited into the dealership by one of the sales representatives to look into possibly downsizing our vehicle for a newer, more fuel efficient car. We were promised a "no pressure" sales e the sales representatives to look into possibly downsizing our vehicle for a newer, more fuel efficient car. We were promised a "no pressure" sales experience and things were good until the final financial numbers came back outside what we were willing to commit to. Once we rejected the offer, we were approached by 2 more sales reps who unsuccessfully tried to close us. Up to this point we were annoyed by the persistence, but understood it as their best efforts to make a sale. However, the final sales rep to approach us, his name is Josh, was rude, insulting and unapologetic. He would not take no for an answer and pushed my wife to the point of tears. Even as we were walking out of the dealership the General Manager approached me and instead of apologizing for an unnecessarily stressful and humiliating experience, he proceeding to tell me about "the new numbers" he was willing to work out. Completely unprofessional with no regard for the emotional wellbeing of their customers. We went to the dealership hoping to become repeat customers and left feeling like we needed to warn everyone we knew interested in purchasing a new vehicle to avoid this dealership completely. More
