I had been talking with John for about a month trying to figure out which vehicle was best for my needs. Within that month he never once tried to get me to come to the dealership. He was also upfront and honest about the pricing before I even showed up at the dealership, there were no hidden fees. I showed up and what we discussed via emails was exactly what I got. He found the perfect Xterra and had it ready to go before I even pulled into the parking lot. I arrived at the dealership and test drove, negotiated and signed all paperwork within three hours. It was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. His calm pleasant demeanor was a delight compared to any other Nissan dealership we went to. The entire staff was phenominal!
