I built a Murano on line with Nissan and they emailed my request for a quote to Pinnacle. I have not heard a thing in a week. Nissan asked if I got a quote and I advised NO. I also emailed Pinnacle twice request for a quote to Pinnacle. I have not heard a thing in a week. Nissan asked if I got a quote and I advised NO. I also emailed Pinnacle twice looking for a quote with no answer yet. Guess they don't want my business. More
I went there because of a faulty audio circuit in my radio was affecting my a/c. When I received the car I was told that the tech felt the problem seemed to still be happening which meant that I needed radio was affecting my a/c. When I received the car I was told that the tech felt the problem seemed to still be happening which meant that I needed a reconditioned radio. Since the problem was not evident at the time, I told him to wait on the radio until I had a chance to see for myself. Before I made it to the 101, I looked down at the passenger seat and noticed that I had about a 2" tear through the passanger seat. I immediately took the car back and had the rep look at the seat. The rep got the sales manager, who never said hello or was outwardly friendly, and he looked at it and said to have it fixed. He never said sorry for the inconvenience... I called Steve back the following day and asked him to order the radio since the problem persisted. He agreed. I called him four days later to get a status and he never called back. I called again 2-3 days later and still no answer. I went and saw the serive manager and he said the wait could be as long as a month as there have been problems with the 2003 model radios. I told Steve that Steve Duncan could have at least returned my call and stated as such. Following this conversation, I called my normal service rep at another service facility, and he said he would check around for the availablility of another radio. Approximately 2 hours later I got a call from Steve Duncan saying the radio was in. About 10 minutes after Steve's call my friend called me and asked if the dealership had called. I said yes. He said they had the radio. Something is definately wrong here... More

Before I start I must say this. Please ignore the four or so reviews below mine that have been rated 5. They all appeared within a short period of time and I'm absolutely convinced that the dealership pressu so reviews below mine that have been rated 5. They all appeared within a short period of time and I'm absolutely convinced that the dealership pressured their employees to write these reviews. Not surprising then that one of the reviews is in ALL CAPS! You see, pressure is the name of the game there. I pulled into the dealership in my girlfriend's Accord (a deliberate ploy since they could not then evaluate my car for trade-in while I was out for a test drive). I indicated to the salesman that I was interested in the 370Z. After talking to the manager, it turns out that they're reluctant to allow test drives since people only want to "try the car out" with no intention of buying. Maybe, but don't they think their high pressure, underhanded sales techniques might have people rushing for the exits? So to continue, I did manage to get a test drive. Car was OK, but it was obvious that the salesman wanted to close the sale NOW. I had absolutely no intention of buying a car that day, seeing as I had other models on my shortlist to test drive. So I took advantage of a lapse in salesman concentration to get back in the girlfriend's car and drive away. The fact that my drivers license had never been taken from me facilitated this move, about the only thing that Pinnacle Nissan did right, in my opinion. Dreadful dealership, high pressure sales tactics and a total zoo inside with families and screaming kids running around. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. More
Went looking for a new vehicle. Anthony the sales consultant was very helpful to my needs and listened very well to what I wanted. I had a 2006 Maxima loved the car, but wanted a crossover instead. consultant was very helpful to my needs and listened very well to what I wanted. I had a 2006 Maxima loved the car, but wanted a crossover instead. Ended up with a 2009 Rouge and love it. Anthony is a kind and caring individual whom I will never forget during this process. Pinnacle Nissasn's staff were not pushy and helped throughout the entire process including financing the vehicle no hidden charges straight forward that is what I appreciate and expect when buying a vehicle. I have let my friends know that if they are in the market Pinnacle Nissan is the place to purchase. Thank you. More
Pinnacle Infiniti/Nisson personnel were very helpful in every way. I have purchased many cars over the years. (40) I can say, without reservation, that this dealership met and surpassed every concern we ha every way. I have purchased many cars over the years. I was shopping for a Nissan GT-R and found one advertised at Pinnacle on Autotrader. The MSRP was listed as $76,540 and the selling price as $76,740. I called and Asia Henderson identified herself as a Fle at Pinnacle on Autotrader. The MSRP was listed as $76,540 and the selling price as $76,740. I called and Asia Henderson identified herself as a Fleet Manager. I asked her to check to see if the price was correct and if the car was on the ground, still available. She put me on hold while she checked. She told me they still had the car and the price was correct. I told her I would set up an appointment. The next day I called about noon and talked to Jim, who also identified himself as a fleet manager. He told me he had sold the car several days before, and that it was priced at $108,000. He said he could sell me another GT-R, but at a significant premium over the MSRP. I have no problem with them selling the car over MSRP. The problem was advertising it at a price they would not sell it for, leaving the ad to attract other buyers and pull a bait and switch, and telling me they had a car when they had sold it at least several days and probably several weeks before. I did file a fraud complaint with three law enforcement agencies and recommend other people do the same when they are scammed like this. More
To be sure, the absolute worst dealership, as well as Pinnacle Nissan (will post another review there) I have ever dealt with. Pushy, dishonest, employees are taking cheap shots at other employees in fro Pinnacle Nissan (will post another review there) I have ever dealt with. Pushy, dishonest, employees are taking cheap shots at other employees in front of the customer, management is absent or impotent to do anything to reign in their sales reps. Over priced and continue to push add-ons of outlandish services that are in no way neccessary. Just an all around terrible experience as well as service experience and quality of service. You would expect however that repeat business would be treated well, but the next review will be in Pinnacle Nissan, and it is a nightmare far worse than even this. More
