What should have been a quick and simple service visit turned into an extremely frustrating experience. To my surprise, the service tech, Issac, approached me with a laundry list of so-called “urgent” repairs and maintenance items totaling nearly $2,500. This absolutely shocked me, considering I purchased this vehicle just three months ago as certified pre-owned. When I questioned the validity of these recommendations, his tone shifted and he backtracked, suddenly telling me they were “just recommendations.” But the paperwork I was given clearly listed them as urgent items that supposedly required immediate attention. For example, they told me I needed new wiper blades, even though mine are in perfect condition. They also recommended new hoses, belts, and full fluid flushes. This is completely unreasonable. I took the extra step of going back to the Nissan dealer where I purchased my vehicle and requested a complete report of all services done prior to sale. As I suspected, all fluids had already been flushed and replaced just a few months ago. This felt like nothing more than an attempt to upsell unnecessary services and prey on customers who may not know any better. It is disappointing, because when we buy certified pre-owned vehicles from Nissan, there is an expectation of trust and transparency. Instead, I left Pinnacle Nissan feeling misled and taken advantage of. If you value honesty, integrity, and fair treatment as a customer, I strongly recommend double-checking any “urgent” service recommendations you receive here. Do your homework before agreeing to anything. They almost had me fooled, but I am glad I asked questions and got proof. Certified pre-owned should mean peace of mind, not $2,500 worth of phantom repairs three months later. More
Wes was a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and knowledgeable. The dealership is fortunate to have an associate with such strong people skills. Very professional and knowledgeable. The dealership is fortunate to have an associate with such strong people skills. More

They are not interested in the customer nor customer service. It's testament to why you should go to a different Nissan dealership for all around. Larry H Miller Nissan is nearby & took care of all my issues with a smile, even the insurance repair claim and went above and beyond the repair work as well as the customer service. I am trying to help customers that have been treated with low standards from Pinnacle Nissan & feel the way I do, trust me, it's way better go to a dealership that cares about their customers! Thus, does things right. Than it is to get the run around by Pinnacle Nissan because they're incompetent. More
