A us Customer I called and spoke to Max on Thur. 9/4/2025 and told him exactly what I was looking for because my vehicle had been hit and totaled. A used midsize used SUV, more like a Chevy Equinox and gave him details. He called on Friday late afternoon telling me he had a Nissan Kicks, how the size was equivalent and gave me a firm out the door price. I told I had made plans to go to a dealership on Sat. Morning that had many vehicles, the options I was looking for and I did not want to waste my time. But he talked me into coming down. I came down to the dealership within an hour of Sam sending me a picture of the car he had in mind for me with an exact out the door no hassle price. When I got there I was told the car had been sold, if it ever existed within the hour it took me to get there. No body called to tell me the original car had been sold. Your Sales people did not listen to what I wanted. They pushed what they want to just to make a sale at any cost and at my expense. He Tried to sell me a grey one which I hated, it was small and it had no spare. I expressed skepticism about the vehicle but he was Very pushy, saying he could find me a white one. I found him kind of condescending throughout the entire process. At one time telling me when I complained about the hassle and time it was taking, "You knew what you were getting yourself into, you've done this before". He didn't stand by the firm out the door quote Max gave me to get me into the store. They Tried to charge me thousands of dollars above what they promised to get me into the store without saying why other than this one was listed at $600 more than the other one but he never said specifically why. I found them to be very slick and they try to wear you down, pretending somehow to have my interests at heart. I found a lack of Integrity....It's all about them and the money. They are coached extremely well and know all of the tricks and lines to use to cause you to second guess yourself and all of the reasons you wanted the vehicle you were originally looking for. I tried to do my due diligence to avoid this kind of a situation. But by Max ignoring why I had initially called him, and what I was specifically looking for, and his deceptive description about the Kicks vs the Equinox I did not get what I was looking for. I was tired exhausted and worn out and down, so I had to fight, haggle, and was confronted with the exact miserable uncomfortable situation I tried to avoid, and Max knows that. So I ended up with a smaller more crampt, 141 horsepower vehicle I really am not in love with rather than the 175 horsepower more spacious and comfortable vehicle I really wanted and made every attempt to get. I trusted Max. I gave him my all of my information and desires. I was very precise about what I wanted and I told him why. He knew that. I made it very crystal clear. I guess he wasn't interested in hearing what I wanted. I thought I had taken all precautions to avoid a long drawn-out exhausting battle which resulted in me NOT getting the vehicle I really wanted. I trusted the integrity of your sales team more than they respected my needs and desires from the get go. And that is very disappointing and dis heartening from a human regard aspect. Finally of all of the 8 or so dealerships that I reached out to for help in finding the type of vehicle I was looking for, Max is the only one who disrespected me and my wishes. They failed to show me the Window Sticker (Monroney Sticker), so I did not what model I was buying or what it came with. They never gave it to me either which is a violation of the Automobile Information Disclosure Act of 1958, and a violation of the Law. It is stunning how much Deceptive and even Unlawful activity took place during this transaction. Let's just say under no circumstances is it acceptable ethical behavior for any reputable business. I always have a positive experience whenever I bring my car in for service. All the reps in that department are upbeat and helpful. I mostly deal with Wes Auer. Took my BMW in for an oil change. Immediately drove back. The plastic cover re0laced with broken clips was rubbing on my tire. Smelled like burned rubber.
