I've generally had a good experience with a SRS system wire harness replacement under warranty, replacing damaged control arms, etc. This past service something was misdiagnosed and I paid for a $400+ wire harness replacement under warranty, replacing damaged control arms, etc. This past service something was misdiagnosed and I paid for a $400+ part not including labor. After more diagnosis the true cause was determined and fixed (under no extra labor cost, to their credit). Unfortunately I did have to go back and forth to get any sort of compensation for the unnecessary new part. I had kept the old part so I came to them with two options I preferred, both where I still pay the labor charges: 1) they put back the old part and take the new one 2) they comp the new part. They would not budge beyond future service credit for the cost of that part. A lackluster response. After that service credit is gone I'll likely consider other places now. 4 stars instead of lower because they did provide a good experience in the past, otherwise this would be a 2 or 3. More
