When I walk into a service department, I really value working with a consultant who has a strong understanding of the vehicle. I’d like reassurance that there wasn’t any unnecessary upselling involved, and I would have appreciated written confirmation that the specific items I requested were clearly communicated to and addressed by the mechanic, rather than just a general acknowledgment of completed work. This has been a recurring experience for me across several Berkshire Hathaway dealerships, so I’m sharing this feedback in hopes it can help improve communication and alignment going forward. More
