Horrible experience. They epitomize the horrible experience of car shopping. Car salesman’s Max was the worst and I hope he is at the bottom of the barrel at this place. Car had a cracked windshield and scratch on the side. When asked to repair he asked if we had windshield replacement insurance and that it would cover a replacement. Um, no. He insisted they couldn’t do anything about the scratch. A frustrating part of it is he would immediately say, no, sorry can’t help with that without hesitation. No checking with a manager, nothing. When I discussed the scratch with the finance manager he stated he talked to the manager and they would buff that out for us. Neither of these issues were fixed within a month of purchasing the vehicle and Max even tried to use the windshield as leverage to get us to send in income verification documents. Of course once he got the pay stubs we never heard from him again. When I tried to follow up with the dealer I would get an automated voice system that just ran me in circles before hanging up on me. I followed up with Max and finally after several weeks I heard from the service department and they scheduled the windshield replacement. Max continued to insist they wouldn’t fix the scratch, so now I have to follow up with the finance manager. And we paid market value as of the car was I. Perfect condition. It’s clear Max and probably this dealership has no empathy for people. In retrospect, I should have told them to kick rocks and just waited for another Leaf meeting our specs to pop up somewhere else. More

Dan Thomas was the best service advisor I’ve ever had. So knowledgeable! I felt very comfortable. Dan didn’t pressure me for any additional service. I was able to take my time deciding.
